most people have been saying to just ship items untill he comes. but he came for me after i shipped a lot of fish.

Guessing as more people move in there will be more people selling things.

Also, at festivals, will more people be available as time goes by at the festival?

I remember there were two people, Simon and Maya, selling stuff in the Spring first year Flea Market. And yes, as more people come, more people will participate in festivals and such.

Oh and, if Maya isn't there, I'm guessing you haven't met her yet? =o You can meet her by going to the square and walking towards the bench on the western side.

Im already behind because its mid-summer and still no ferry service D=
I didn't get the grilled yam at the spring flea market so im waiting for summer market.
So im trying to finish the fish before the market so the next day i can just get the rainbow and then on Fall 1st have the Tailor Shop come :D

Blue Herb (90G) and 2 Yamame (110G x2) should do it. That's (90) + (110x2) = 310G, so it makes a Good-grade dish. Check the bookshelf for the shipping prices of the fish you catch.

Can you multi-gift in this one? By that, I mean give more than one gift a day? And if so, does it actually increase affection each time?

You can find them Upstream or by the Waterfall. I think they call them Yamame in the US version (they did in MM). If not, then they probably translated it to Freshwater Salmon or something.

Depends what gift you give them. If you give them their favorite gift (+10 FP), they won't accept any more for the day. You can give them 2 things they really like (+5FP), and so on.. but can't go over 10 FP worth of gifts per day.
