Here's my complaint. It's dripping/bleeding politeness.

Hello, I’m one of your buyers of your new game, Tree of Tranquility. Several of my friends and I found a bug involving a bit part of the game: Calvin’s Heart event. In the middle of the event, the game freezes, making Calvin unable to marry. Right now some of us are testing to see if the bug exists on their disks, and I have returned my copy of the game and tested it out on another disk, only to run into the same problem. Now, the whole purpose of this message is to ask if there is anyway to fix this in game, or if somehow your company could publish a bug-free copy of the game.

Please take my request into consideration and view the thread that reports of this bug.

No, It's Calvins Request Event where he asks for you to do something and you have todo it for him or you can't marry him. It makes it very difficult. Hmm does this remind anyone else of hm ds and the un marryable characters?

Since the game is under warranty for 90 days, if you tell them about the glitch they should be obligated to follow the warranty and fix the game.
