I was lazy enough to leave reciept in the bag which I stored in our wastebasket bag shelf. Luckily it wasn't used yet so I can get a new game too or if neccessary, I'll give Sesshomarulovesme my fixed copy and take her glitched copy since idc about marrying Calvin on my girl files if you can't find your reciept.
If you reserved it I'd go to the game store and ask if they can track and print out your purchase/reservation again. Usually places keep records for warranty's sake.

Not sure that would work, ToT isn't a wifi game...

I sent Natsume a very strongly worded e-mail. My tone was a lot lighter than it is here, but I'm not beating around the bush when they make a screw up this nasty. I would also suggest that since they've included a phone number for this purpose on their website that *everyone* start calling them if the e-mails are going unanswered.

You know who to bug. They're definitely not going to fix the game if we just complain about it here. We need to direct our complaints to the right ears.
This is absolutely unacceptable - I should not be suckered into pre-ordering a game they can't be bothered to spend ten seconds bug checking, nor should I be expected to pay for it *twice* to get the version I was supposed to get in the first place. Is there any way we can put some pressure on Marvelous to stop using Natsume for their Harvest Moon games? They clearly don't give a « Puppy Doodoo » about the quality of the games they put out and if a little upstart like XSEED can actually ship all their games on time with no typos and no glitches, what the hell is Natsume doing where they can't even release a game that works as advertised after delaying it for a frikkin' year?

But in the same sense if we don't say anything it only tells Natsume that we are ok with them releasing unfinished games and that we don't mind being screwed time and time again.Seto wrote:I don't think a person who works in the Customer Service department should have to go through harshly worded mails when they weren't in charge of the bug-checking.

I meant we should be polite.

And seriously,
I don't think they even READ those e-mails.
I've e-mailed them many times and I'm now 50 percent sure that they give you automated responses.
xDD
But it can't hurt to contact them.
