OMG NOOOOOO!!!!
Ok, so I called back and I actually spoke to someone who was actually competent for once.
He apologized for the way that other employee treated me and he told me that they're working with Marvelous right now to see what they can do. They also said they got like a million calls and emails and are trying their hardest to see what they can do about it. He also said that I could send the game in to the technicians, but that most likely would take weeks and weeks to see any results. I asked him if they were going to fix it and he told me that they can't release any info now about what's going on but if I called back next week sometime they might have information.
That's better news than I expected
and lol the best part about it is the guy was like "Man I Know!! Calvin is one of my favorite characters, too!!"

You are right but it just get frustrating after having the game pushed back so much that they could miss something so big. Not to mention some of us are starting to lose are patients with Natsume and all there mistakes. they probably don't know much more than that themselves, so it isn't like they could really help you much more. they could tone down the rudeness, but it could also be your mind projecting onto them (not saying that you are wrong, since everyone does it) and they may not have been as rude as you thought.
once the glitch is confirmed and once they have more information, then you will probably be able to get more information. you also have to keep in mind that customer service reps are still human, and that they don't know every new little piece of information that the techs find out as soon as they know it. the information has to be processed and make its way to the reps first.

(I think Phoebe snuck into the coding room and messed with it so no one but her could marry Calvin
