Agreed. Natsume seems to have learned from their past mistakes and now knows just how mad their customers get when these kinds of things are left unfixed. (And with the current economic crisis they know better than to piss off too many of their customers and potentially lose revenue as a result..)
Not to mention Calvin seems to be the only one suffering from this kind of glitch. Otherwise the game seems pretty clean for a Natsume port..

I have found some glitches. Like Maya and Chase talking about there child even though they haven't had one yet.
OMG Sesshy, I'm so sorry about what happen to your game D:> . Man, I really hope that Natsume, or Marvelous Interactive, or anyone does something to fix your game so that you could marry Calvin. You've spend months waiting to get the game after it got delayed like two times already and you deserve to marry him. I feel really bad for you, especially after this:
This is basically how the convo went:
Sess: Hi I'm calling in regards to a glitch in the new harvest moon tree of tranquility... Did you know anything about what's going on?
Guy: WHAT GLITCH?
Sess: Erm it's with Calvin's request... the game freezes everytime I try to complete it...
Guy: *Silence*
Sess: Um.... so... do you have any ad-
Guy: LOWER HIS HEART LEVEL TO FOUR!! (He actually shouted this)
Sess: Erm... but I actually wanted to marry him, so..
Guy: Lower his heart level to FOUR!
Sess: Yeah, but-
Guy: You'll have to send your game into a technician, okay!?
Sess: Will they be fixing it?
Guy: I have no clue.
Sess: .... you have no clue...?
Guy: Yup... no clue.
Sess: Uh... ok... thanks...

What a jerk! I've would have been rude back and probably also would have threaten him too. I'm lucky that the other dude apologized about that. So like I said before, I hope you have your copy fixed, or at least have it trade for a better,less glitchier copy so that you can marry Calvin, cause you deserve him, like you deserve Griffin too <3 <3.

True, never said it was without other glitches. ;-P But all in all it is rather clean for something that Natsume put out. xD The whole Calvin glitch seems to be the worst one thus far. (And let's hope nothing else comes up to rival it.)

Hey, as long as I don't have to pay for a new copy, I'm okay with that. This gaming season being what it is, I'll be able to wait a little while for them to send me a fixed disc. I just want it fixed...

I've wanted to marry Calvin since the first time I saw his character art. Crocodile Dundee anyone? *drool* Luckily, I had this odd feeling that I should play as a boy first. I'm hoping that by the time I get married, have my daughter, and start the game over as her, there will be a Calvin fix. I feel so bad for everyone wooing Calvin right now, especially those casual gamers (like my mom) who never read forums.
i have this problem and i've been googling it every day just to find more and more forums dedicated to this problem. i had a rude guy when i called natsume. he was all- WHAT GLITCH? and i was like- in the mine with calvin. and he was like- WHAT GLITCH? ugh. so i ended up sending my game to them today. i tried another friends disc and it did the same thing and if its happening to a lot of other peoples games i'm sure its the disc and not the wii itself since thats what i thought at first. i mean this game is SO fun (up until calvin problems) and it was addicting so i had been playing for several hours.
i hope that this gets solved just like everyone else. i got calvin up to 8 hearts and the mayor told me about the blue feather but i can't get the bird cutscene probably because i can't complete the event on the mine.
oh- and i found this out. you CAN still go further into the mine past level 9 but its tricky, this happened to me by accident. i fell through a pitfall on level 8 and ended on level 11. it takes some tries to get though. most of the time you fall from level 8 to level 9 and then all i do is go back up the stairs to level 8 and try again until i fall past level 10. hope that helps people still playing and trying to get around the calvin glitch.
