"Helping Basil Event"

On http://fogu.com/hm4/, under meet the villagers, Mary, and then under Other Events>> Helping Basil, (the link on the right of the page, under heart events, etc), it says this:

After you're married, walk into the woods between 11am and 6pm on a sunny day. If you're good friends with Mary you'll see her standing behind Gotz's house. She is talking to herself and wondering if she has the correct grass.

Walk up to her and she'll ask how your married life is going. She says she's looking for some grass to help with her dad's research. If you tell her that's a nice thing to do, she'll smile and say she enjoys helping out her dad. Mary says she has to leave and wishes you luck with your farm.

I know this may seem like a very stupid question, but:
I am married to Mary, so will this still happen for me?

u wont get it. i have the same problem
she askes about ur wife so it would be weird
if she askes u about herself
anyway sorry u wont be able to see that

You have to be good friends with Mary
and married to a girl who's not Mary

So,no,you won't see that event

Accually, on both FoMT and MFoMT, neither of my characters were good friends with Mary, and it still happend.
