I'm having trouble making him accept a dish after I've made 30. I've heard alot of different things about this event such as they all have to be different, or it doesn't matter, they can't be drinks or soup etc. so does anyone know exactly what to cook and ship for this to work?

You can basically cook and ship everything but liquids. I'm not sure about grilled dishes, though. I cooked fried eggs (one egg and a frying pan) and sashimi (two fish, cutting board). Make sure you give him the 31st dish while he's working as well.

Making 30 fried eggs is really simple and easy to do. (egg + frying pan)
And I'm pretty sure you have to be in the Sundae in at night when Chase is working to give him the dish.

That's how I completed it at least. (24 fried eggs, 6 buckwheat noodles)

I know to give it to him while he's working, thank you for the advice I'll keep trying.
