Tropical Country

The last bazaar booth that players will unlock will most likely be Yolanda at Tropical Country. She will sell a variety of exotic seeds and items, but she does not sell any livestock animals or pets.

One of the country-specific items she sells is the Cocoa Tree Seedling, which allows you to harvest Cocoa fruit to convert into Chocolate. There is an easier way to get Cocoa Tree Seedlings though, by throwing gifts into the pond by Witchie's house after you've unlocked Dessie in year 2. Once you have tossed in a total of 75 offerings (one per day), Dessie will reward you with a single Cocoa fruit. You can then take the fruit and use the Seed Maker to convert it into a seedling for planting. Mango Tree Seedlings can be obtained this same way, but it only requires 50 gift offerings to Dessie's pond.

To unlock Tropical Country at the Trade Depot, you need to ship at least 3 million G to the existing vendors, have Rose Country unlocked, and then ship a certain number of items, depending on the difficulty level you are playing in:

• Original mode = 100 tools, 500 seeds, 15,000 vesture, 15,000 cooked recipes, 10,000 processed goods, and 600 wardrobe
• Seedling mode = 70 tools, 350 seeds, 10,500 vesture, 10,500 cooked recipes, 7,000 processed goods, and 420 wardrobe
