Beach Day
- Wake up in the morning
- Sunny (possibly cloudy) weather
- Summer or Autumn
- Chapter 2 only
- You have received the Beach Toy from Lou
The next clear-weather morning after the Beach Toys have been placed next to the blue deposit box by the farmhouse front door, your spouse will suggest taking a break for a day. They found some toys by the house and remembered how your child told them they wanted to see the ocean. What a great idea!
The two of you walk your child through the valley, deflecting questions about where you're going until you reach the coast. Wow, it's the beach! Your child has a good time playing with the beach toys and running on the sand.
Eventually, the fun must come to an end. Your child does NOT want to go home yet. Your spouse comes up with the idea of bringing a souvenir home, like a conch shell. Then, your kid could listen to the ocean from anywhere. Your child doesn't grasp this clever parenting trick, stops objecting to going home, and starts looking for a large seashell.
This event ends at 10:00 am. A large conch shell will now be on the shelves next to the TV to commemorate this special memory.
The Beach Toys
Lou will post a special request on the bulletin board in the summer of Chapter 2. In exchange for an Energy Drink, she'll reward you with some old Beach Toys she found when organizing the Lei-Over Inn. You can't make an Energy Drink in your kitchen, but you can buy it directly from Van when he's visiting on the 3rd and the 8th of every season. Energy Drink is a red-colored bottle that costs 500 G. Purchase the beverage and bring it to Lou to receive the Beach Toys. You'll also trigger a cut scene where your character places the toys next to the blue deposit box.
