Cuddling the Child

• Walk into your farmhouse
• 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

• Your spouse and child are inside.
• Your child is on the floor (not being held) and awake

You come home to a happy child that wants to be picked up and cuddled. You insist on washing up first, though! Afterward, the child still wants to be picked up. Once held in your arms, the child soon falls asleep.

Your spouse comes back inside. They notice your sleeping child and hope the door closing didn't disturb their slumber. Not a chance; the 'lil tike is out cold. Your spouse assumes the child won't awaken because they feel safe in your arms.

This is a one-time event.
