Child's Treasure

screenshot

This event will be different depending on whether your child has the large tree branch or the wooden box in their bedroom. If your child has more of an outgoing and naughty personality (e.g., Rock, Molly), then they'll have the tree branch. Reserved and calm children (e.g., Nami, Gustafa) will typically have the wooden box.

The choices you make during the event will affect the friendship level with your kiddo and possibly influence their interest in being an artist or a scholar. At the end of the event, your child will excuse themselves to go to the restroom.

Large Tree Branch

When you walk into the room, your child will be excited about finding a magic stick. They saw something like this in a book once. Maybe if they practice a lot, they can become a wizard too!

Option 1A: That's a cool stick! (+5 friendship with your child, +150 interest in Artist)

Option 1B: It's a dirty tree branch

Option 2A: Let's break it (-20 friendship with your child)

Option 2B: It doesn't do anything (-5 friendship with your child

Option 1C: What kind of magic can you use?

Option 3A: You can't live in the house if you eat it (+10 friendship with your child)

Option 3B: Looks delicious! (+5 friedship with your child, +150 interest in Artist)

Wooden Box

When you walk into the room and notice the box, you can choose to continue the event chain by asking about the old box. Your kid will say that they found the box on the beach. They hope it has a treasure map inside! They intend to keep the box closed until they get older, so they can use the (hypothetical) treasure map to go on an adventure.

Option 1A: It's probably empty.

Option 2A: Let's throw it away? (-10 friendship with your child)

Option 2B: Yes, that's right. (-5 friendship with your child)

Option 1B: Let's open it now! (-5 friendship with your child)

Your kid doesn't want to open it right now. You clearly aren't listening to them.

Option 1C: It could be something else

Option 3A: I don't know... (+20 friendship with your child, +150 interest in Scholar)

Option 3B: It's the future. (+20 friendship with your child, +150 interest in Scholar)
