Kid and Dog

• Walk onto your farm
• 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Sunny or cloudy weather
• 5th through the 10th
• Not Winter season
• Chapter 3 only
• Your child is on the farm
• You've trained with your dog at least 10 times

(This event may be different depending on the child's skill. The first version is what I saw with my Art child. Academics appers to have the same event. Version 2 may be based on the highest skill in farming or athletics. More research is required.)

Your child will earn a boost in their Likes and Abilities with Farming.

Version 1

Your child and dog are by the farmhouse. They ask how the dog is feeling today and then ask the dog to hold out their paw to shake. The dog complies, which excites your kid. The dog is getting better at its tricks! The child and dog then head over to a tree, where they nap together under the tree's canopy.

Version 2

Your child and dog are by the farmhouse, deciding what to do today. Hey, let's do something fun! The two have a foot race along the pasture fenceline. The dog wins again and again, but it's so much fun that they continue their race.
