Rock has a question he's been thinking about for a while and would like to run it past Lumina to warn her. Rock explains that he heard a woman laughing in the front garden the other night at the villa, but nobody would realistically be out that late. He's concerned that Lumina lives in a haunted mansion! Rock woudln't know what to do if something happened to Lumina.
A ghost? Lumina doesn't believe such a ridiculous rumor. Why would he say such things?! She turns to leave and accidentally bumps into you. Lumina gets spooked and runs off screaming.
(In the original girl version of Another Wonderful Life, Rock's big rumor is that Sebastian wears a toupee.)

Lumina appears to be quietly thinking of something. Rock is at the bottom of the hill, lounging around as usual. He gets up once he notices Lumina is nearby and asks what she is doing in this area. Lumina is still annoyed with him and replies that it is none of his business. Rock starts to tease her about the affection he imagines she has for him. Rock encourages Lumina to tell him how she really feels about him.
Lumina gives in and tells Rock she was thinking about her parents. While they died long ago, and Lumina wishes she could remember them or what they look like . Rock thinks the solution is to simply ask someone if that's the case, but Lumina explains that she has. Aunt Romana pretends she forgets everything when Lumina asks. Not even Sebastian will talk to Lumina about it. Why won't they tell her?
Rock suggests that maybe she should just forget it. There's probably a good reason why they don't want to talk about her parents. Such things are out of her control. Right now, she has Romana and Sebastian. There's no need to be bothered about a past she can't find answers to. Rock suggests that Lumina look forward to the future. He seems almost... wise?
Then Rock turns around and opens his big dumb mouth. He gives such amazing advice! Lumina walks off so she doesn't have to hear Rock talk about he's the coolest guy around.

Rock and Lumina are chatting at the bottom of the hill that leads to the villa. Lumina asks if he wants to walk with her to the forest today. Rock isn't interested in the forest. He has a place in mind that's even cooler! Lumina objects, but Rock is already on his way to this incredible spot. He calls back to Lumina to follow him. She is annoyed but complies.
This cool place Rock spoke of is just the beach. Lumina is still annoyed with Rock and asks why he didn't listen to her. Rock replies that he's always listening. She doesn't understand why he insisted on coming here instead. Rock explains it is because the ocean is calling to them.
Lumina hears nothing and decides she has had enough. She starts to walk away, though she doesn't get far. Lumina turns back to face Rock and admits that sometimes she can be selfish too. She turns back to leave, but Rock responds that he feels Lumina is more honest than selfish. It's really tough for someone to communicate their feelings honestly. No one has ever told Lumina that before. She thanks Rock for his observation.
