Untill Death Does Us Apart
Starring: Ark, Yomi, Yomi, Elle and Elle

The sun lay upon the village of Storkolm. A girl was sitting in a room. She had long, fair hair and a pretty face. She had a child, but she just found him. He was layimg in the open fields of the Norfest Forest -her house was in the forest-, and the child looked extroardinary a lot like someone she knew. She ended up giving the baby the same name. Ark...
A child was crying. Princes Elle, although she was no real princes anymore, looked up, realizing that it had got late and the baby needed to eat. She took the baby in her arms, changed his diper, went to the kitchen to boil some milk. The baby lay in his bed again.
Silently, Elle came in, but this wasn't the Prinses. She was identical, though the personalities did not match. A voice echoed in the girl's head.
"Now kill him, my dear. Kill him, now he's powerless." If baby Ark understood what was going on, he would have opened his mouth and started screaming. But he was just one, could not talk, walk, was powerless. The voice was right. Besides, he slept again. Princess Elle didn't notice that a door was opened, she was very busy, making dinner for Ark.
The Princess came in the room, but did only find an empty bed. She screamed, ran away, desperatly looking for the baby. Hot milk flooded in the carpet.

Elle stopped, there were no stairs left. This was the last floor, in this floor she had to kill the baby. Would she know who he was? The baby looked a lot like... No, that couldn't be. The voice continued, echoed again in her head.
"Stop hesitating, Elle, kill him now, he's harmless." She was hesitating. Could she kill a baby, an innocent child, even if it was endangering her hometown? At least, the village Elder had said that this child, an orphan boy, would destroy Crysta and it's beautiful world that lay around it. Her own thoughts had stopped, they didn't matter anymore, the Elder let her see that. He had told her that only the necessary people are needed, the other had to die. This child's fate was told to be unnecessary, but how would he know, how could he know?
Her thoughts ended there, interrupted by someone.
"Excuse me, but what are you doing to my baby?" Elle turned around, looked right in the face of Princess Elle. A little scream from both of them, and they almost fainted. Almost. Yomi appeared.
"Well, well. What an interesting guest we have here," he smiled. "Dispose of that girl, Elle, immediatly after you do that baby." Now Princess Elle fainted. "That only makes it more easy."
Meanwhile, there had been several voices talking in the boys head. They all seemed very familiar, but he didn't realize what was going on.
'Ark, it is I, Kumari. There are some creatures that wish to speak to you. They all await your awakening.' The voice faded away. Another took place in his little head.
'Ark. I am Ra Tree. All living things their devolopment ended up normally, only the humans haven't. Like you saved me from poison, let the humen devolop like normal and save the world.'
'Hi Big Guy. Is my voice reaching you? This world needs courage to go on. Please give courage to the world like you gave to me...'
'I am Kingbird. The skies were so beautiful untill humans came. The taers are filthy. If we could fly in a clear sky, we need nothing more.'
'This is Kumari again. Listen, Ark. You can no longer converse with such lifeforms, but they all await your awakening. They will do all they can to help you. Now, arise from your slumber.'
The body of the baby was filled with energy, energy from all living things. He ones had helped them, now they were helping him.
"Ellle, go on, kill..." Yomi saw now what was happening to the baby, it was growing. Elle screamed, she saw that it was Ark.
"Tsk tsk. So he has awoken," Yomi said. "The representative of Light and Dark spoken as if the true hero was here." Yomi sighed, stopped, continued. "You see, Ark, I was orderd by the village Elder to kill you. I had to kill you once you had resurrected dr. Beruga. First I thought that you were going to die, but then that twitty Meilin interfered. I bidded my time, because the only reason that I didn't kill you later was that I thought you would find the hero. And I was right. If I kill you now, nothing can stop us." Filled with amezement Ark listened to Yomi's story.
"Who's 'us'?" was the best he could ask.
"The Elder, nay…Dark Gaia, and me. I am his right hand. But there's no time for this. I bid you farewell, Ark. It was a pleasure meeting you, like the others before you. I'm almost sorry that I must kill you. But now the Earth will be reborn. Now Elle, kill him. At least Ark will not have the courage to kill his friend."
"...No..." Elle said. "I... I... can't..." Her eyes were now filled with tears and she ran away.
"Useless thing," Yomi sighed. Then he disappeared again. Ark, not noticing Yomi's words anymore, ran to Elle. She was crying, tears filled her face.
"I wanted to see you since the day you left," she cried, "I never stopped thinking about you. But I never thought it would be like this."
      "Elle, why...?"
"The Elder told me to kill someone on the surface, because he was endangering Crysta. I never thought it would be you, Ark. I wouldn't be killing the baby, either. I..."
"Stupid thing," Yomi shouted. "Enough. I shall kill him."
"Yomi, what are you saying? We travelled for so long together," Ark said, he didn't really understand what was going on. "How can you talk like that?"
"You really don't understand, do you? You were just used, Ark. You're just a piece in a game, that is all. I'm sorry but goodbye forever." Yomi set off an earthquake, and Ark was immobilzed. "Now, how shall I do to you?"
"Stop!" Elle was standing in front of Ark now, protecting him from Yomi. "Can't you see? You can't kill him, Light and Dark need eachother. Without Light there is no Shadow, without Shadow you can't notice the Light..." A big kind of fluid was appearing on the floor. Ark realized that it was Elle's work, like the clone in Astarica had done toy Roy and Fyla. Yomi got stuck in it. So did Elle.
"Elle, stop. The Elder said he must die. He..." But both Ark and Elle stopped listening.
"I never stopped thinking about you, I told you that. I knew that I would see you again someday. It's a pity that it must be like this." The spot of fluid got smaller, Elle sank further in it.
"Elle, give me your hand, you will die if you don't."
"You will die if I do, Ark, and than everything what happened would be for nothing. No, farewell, Ark. I will always love you. I knew that since the day I met you. Untill death did us apart." The last words of Elle faded away. They had disappeared. The words echoed in Ark's head. Until death would do them apart. Death had done so.
