True Form
Starring: Ark, the Elder and a special Guest Star

Ark slowly opened his eyes after he landed on the hard floor of the Underground. Was he back? Could that be true? But he was. He was standing on the same place he left years ago. Though it wouldn't matter for him. Elle was dead now, there was no need for him to return.
Looking at the hole, he thought: "I wonder how much time has passed since I left. I don't feel like I changed at all."
He walked back to Crysta. He had missed the floating Crystal Blue, the trees and the houses. But only not the Elder. Especially the Elder, he never thought of him. Anyway, not by missing him. Ark ran into the weavers. All the children were playing outside, but he didn't notice them, nor their surprised looks, nor their happy yells like "Ark is back" or "Big guy has returned" and so. He ignored rhe head weaver and walked straight into Elle's room. It was empty.
Of course it was empty. Elle sacrificed her self in front of him, he knew she was dead. He left the room, wanted to leave the house, but the boss stopped him.
"The very least you can do is great all us. We missed you, Ark. Where were you?"
"Do you know were I can find Elle," he tried. Perhaps...
"She has disappeared for two months or so. No-one..." The fat lady stopped talking, she changed in some kind of ball. A soul, like he had seen in the towers.
"If you did not find out, you could have been happy," a cold voice chuckled. Ark looked back, but there was nobody there. The head weaver had disappeared. There was no sign of her, only her work was left in the room. Ark assumed that it must have been his imagination. Though he found it very strange.
He went to the Elder's. He didn't talk to anyone, didn't notice they all disappeared after they had said something. The Elder was sitting in his room, like he hadn't changed or moved since the day he left.
"Hello, Ark," he said. "I knew you would come back somewhere this time. It took you a long time to resurrect everything. I must give you credit, though. I'm very proud of you, I must say."
      "Thanks, I guess."
"Hm. Anyway, there's something I wish to show you. Please follow me outside." Ark followed the old man. He hated him now, after he abandoned him after awakening dr. Beruga, and the memory of Storkolm was still fresh. Now he felt nothing for the old man's live, he wanted to kill him. But he didn't. The villagers wouldn't understand, none of them knew what happened. So he silently followed the old man, and then they were standing in front of the door outside.
"Look at the sky," the Elder said, looking above. "The floating Crystal Blue, it's beautiful, isn't it?" Now he turned to Ark, looking very serious. "The humans here are no replicas made of the same material. When they die, they regain their form and float like so. Do you still understand?"
"Yeah." It didn't sound like he did at all, but the Elder didn't notice.
"Earth has cicled through a process of live and death, good and evil. The earth held stand until... until the two forces started fighting with eachother. The surface died."
"So it wasn't me who disturbed nature's balance."
"Yes, it was, but only in our world. Let's just say I... No, never mind. Someone had to save it, it was a perfect oppurtunity, let's hold it by that. But the circle of Light and Dark, restored in balance once again, thanks to you, now tolls your end. We shall go to the Gaia Stone."
"What is the Gaia Stone," Ark asked, but the next moment they both changed into souls and they flew towards the sun of Crysta.
When Ark regained form, he saw he was standing on a road with no end. Strange faces were balancing in the darkness, souls were floating like Crystal Blue did in Crysta. One soul started talking to him. It sounded exactly like Elle.
"Ark, be carefull. The Elder is not who he says he is. He will fight you..."
"Elle... what are you doing here?"
"This place contains the souls of those who had given their live to create Dark Gaia's plan. Dr. Beruga, Mr. Wong, King Henri, and others. I have little time, I can't tell you all. But be carefull once you meet Him. He is dangerous. Only She was able to fight him." Elle's soul vanished, and another voice started to talk.
"I am Dark Gaia. And you are inside the sun of Crysta. Like others before you, you have succeed. You resurrected the world, and this place will be your end. You see, since the beginning of time, the earth has gone through a progress of growth and decline. Creation is the making of form, and I guess you understand that creation is not my work. Destruction is the desolution of form, but I only destruct those who are unnecessary for nature's balance, or those who are weak. You have let the froms re-emerge. Thanks to that, earth will have a final day. On that day, Light and Dark will join eachother. We wil melt together. For that final day, you will fight me." The endless road vanished, Ark was now standing in front of a soul, a soul that got form. It looked like a human, but it's skin was different. It was horny, and the creature had a catface. Also horny. But the eyes were exactly the same as the Elder's. Ark was sure now. The Elder was standing in front of him. The Elder was Dark Gaia.
A strange thought went through Ark's head. Only the necessary people will live forever. Beruga had said that. In Dark Gaia's eyes, Ark had done what he had to do, his job was finished. The god that stood on a higher platform would kill him. His duty was done, now he may die. But not if Ark had something to say about it. He didn't want to die, just for knowing that resurrecting the world was all for nothing. Just for knowing that how hard Kumari, Leim, Kingbird and Ra Tree tried to arise him from his slumber was wasted energie. No, he wouldn't. he would fight with all his power, everything he had. The rolls had turned. Now he was fighting for his live. The battle began.
Only those who are necessary will live.
