PROLOGUE
By dr. Beruga
"I love you, Ark. I will never forget you."
"You know I'll be back."
"I dreamt it. But why such a long time?" Elle asked.
"The Mistress has said so. You know I am chosen to obey her."
"But the Box..."
"To fulfil this mission the prophecy of the Pandora will come true. My oath to Colombus is less
important then my oath to the Mistress."
"In that case, I understand. I think. But you have to go..."
"There's one thing I must tell you," Ark said, unbelievable serious.
"Yes?"
"The prophecy of the Pandora is true, there will emerge a Hero. He will come from the
Underground, and he'll save the world. He will look just like me."
"How..."
"I don't know. I don't know why and I don't know how. But a vision from the Mistress told me."
"What's going on, Ark? I..."
At the same moment, the ground had begun to shake. All trees were thrown out of the ground. The
bursts in the ground became bigger and bigger, lava erupted from it. And the ground began to sink.
"Ark, what's going on?" cried Elle.
"I don't know... I don't know," Ark yelled desperately. Now all the villagers of Storkolm came out
of their houses. Screaming, yelling, crying...
It all took less then five minutes. Then all was gone. The continents had disappeared.
The Master and the Mistress had began a fight. Time and space stopped serving each other, and
Nature's Balance fell. The world died.
No, the surface died. Deep in the Underground, a tiny village called Crysta existed. And there, in
that village, the mischievous teenage boy Ark lived. And he's the key to our story.
