Dear Journal,
         Checking back with old research, Asmodeus killed over 95% of the world population. Using a census, we estimated that Lhasa houses 4% of the population. If we were to include the people that moved to Lhasa by our request, that would be roughly 5% of the world's population...

Are we actually experiencing another biological holocaust? Is this what all of us fought for?

         My apologies on no entries for the last couple of days. I was extremely caught up in my research. When Meilin and I searched the Lhasa refuge (which, in land terms, is a small island surrounded by Asmodeus infected water), we found chips and pieces of wood. We have also found feathers and a lion's tooth. Can it be...?

Dear Journal,
         In this long period of time, we tested the water of any biological presence. It seems that Asmodeus is getting weaker in the water, if not dead. That is a good sign, because we can refine the water for drinking purposes. I have been proven wrong...for water did not burn up during the onslaught...

         As for the plant and animal evidence, we found it to be 100% biological. We are starting an exploration project of the outside (We call it the outside because it is now an example of complete destruction) when Asmodeus presense in the water is next to nil. Until then...

Dear Journal,
         Today is an exciting day. We tested the water, and it seems that Asmodeus is completely gone around our waters. We estimate that a radius of 1480 miles can be explored from our island, and the rest is saved for when Asmodeus is gone in those areas also.

         Reading Ark's journal, we wished to explore South America. At the time the journal was written, South America would be over our limit of travel, but when we did a spectroanalysis in the water, it found that the next land was only 672 miles. We believe that Ra, the wisdom tree might be there...

Dear Journal,
         After 2 days of travel, we finally arrived on land. Meilin and a handful of scientists moved up north, and my group moved to the west. We rendevous around a barren town...Suncoast.

         Something strange happened though...an eruption was heard up a little to the north. Can that be the location of the Underground hole...?

Dear Journal,
         We arrived at the point of eruption...and it was a surface volcano. I'm guessing that it was the hole...and Asmodeus tore a hole into Earth's surface causing the mantle to seep into the Underworld.

         For the night, we're camping 20 miles away from the hole. I'm wondering if Asmodeus is in the volcano...

         We used a bio detector 1 mile away from the volcano, and the status is amazing, if not scary. The volcano is swimming with the Asmodeus virus. Dear Journal,
         I am on my way back to Lhasa. The volcano had pre-erupted small chunks of lava. But the strange thing was after the lava hit the floor, the air around the lava turned yellow. Seen through the layer was an extremely distorted vision of the other side. An Asmodeus layer, perhaps?

         On the bad side was that my colleague Meilin was near one of the lava chunks when it hit the floor. Meilin was knocked out, and we had to carry her off the island. We did a bio scan on Meilin...and the device went crazy. Checking the status...we found she had been infected with the virus...

Dear Journal,
         We arrived at Lhasa...but not after a turn chain of event. When we were near the island, we found a man in a coma on the sea. How can that be...when all life forms were destroyed? We pulled him out of the water, and found that he was still alive. We began to doubt Asmodeus further and further, and one scientist concluded that maybe not all life forms were destroyed...

         As for Meilin, we had to set her up into medical care. She had no visible symptoms with the exception of a little flushed face and a fever. We began doing research on the soil sample we gathered, in order to find some type of medication for her...

Dear Journal,
         A weird turn of events happened in Lhasa. One of our scientists have gone down with Asmodeus also. We were guessing that he got it from the eruption...just a little later. But...

         The plants were starting to wither, and the animals collapsed. Although they were still alive, they were in no condition to move or be moved.

         Meilin looked worse than ever...and I am starting to be doubtful of her health...

Dear Journal,
         Meilin had died yesterday...and I was the last one to be with her during her last moments. As a last gesture of my deep friendship with her...I kissed her. She left her life with a smile...and I didn't care if I had gotten the disease...I wanted to let her know about how I felt the last couple of months, during the journey...

         The man we found had woken up. When he saw my face however, he went ballistic. My colleagues had gathered information from him, and told me of it.

         Cryogenics, he called it. He sounded a little derranged, and said he can stop the spread of the disease by freezing people. But what shocked me the most was what we gathered on his name...Beruga.

Dear Journal,
         I have undoubtedly come down with the disease. I feel...weak. Beruga...was he really that man from the past? He has been a helpful hand in the field of science, as he helped us develop new and more modern technologies. But I was never near him, as he would go downright insane if he saw me.

         We tested our first cryogenic chamber prototype. We put an healthy animal in there, and froze it for a period of 2 days. It was surely frozen...but when we stopped the process for the second stage, it began to thaw. It walked right out the door as if nothing happened...

Rx-341: Perel, a scientist who was infected with Asmodeus, was found dead in the outskirts of Lhasa. He was dead for 3 hours when found.

Rx-341: Brief Summary Over. Switching to main objective...

Rx-341: Power is low. This message will only be able to be played (1) time(s).

Rx-341: I am Rx-341, an information unit serving Beruga. I will explain the events of Beruga's Cryogenic Solution.

Rx-341: 3-12-0000 - Beruga had projected a mass manufacture of Cryogenic chambers for CITIZENS of Beruga Lhasa. Citizenship can only be gained through registration. Chambers were created to preserve people against the Asmodeus Crisis. Asmodeus infected beings were prohibited to register.

Rx-341: 3-26-0000 - Citizenship for Beruga Lhasa closed. Activists against atrocities associated with Cryogenics (A4C) refused to take part in the registrations.

Rx-341: 5-1-0000 - Asmodeus Array discovered. Beruga now in full power. Asmodeus Array was designed to deal with A4C riots, by firing an Asmodeus Laser. Chances of survival from a direct hit is 1400000000x15 to 1. Outside targets who did survive were permenantly infected with Asmodeus.

Rx-341: 5-2-0000 - Use of Asmodeus Array spread Asmodeus viruses around the island, and then around the world itself. It was discovered today after animals in an Asmodeus-free area were suddenly infected. Asmodeus Array was discovered to have virtually indesctructable A Asmodeus viruses present.

Rx-341: 5-3-0000 - Asmodeus spread was in public alarm. Cryogenics project went underway. Citizens including Beruga were stored into the chambers. All other people were left to face the Asmodeus onslaught.

It seems that an explosion took place, and we found a box in the outskirts of South America. Around it was a high level of Asmodeus.

Rx-341: 5-4-0000 - Asmodeus struck instantaneously. Estimated population casualties were 95%. I and a number of other bots were sent out to find new land for frozen citizens. We have found unsustainable lands. Included with that were the Tree of Ra, a bird-like carcass, and a dead lion.

Rx-341: 5-6-0000 - Most of our robotic group were wiped out by unknown reasons.

Rx-341: 5-10-0000 - I have found that the robots were wiped out by Asmodeus infected beings of unknown origin. A third of our group was wiped out by a parasitic creature hanging on the insides of the Ra Tree, another third was wiped out by an Asmodeus infected bird-lookalike in pairs, and a half of what was left were destroyed by a human lookalike with magical properties. We have yet to find any land.

Rx-341: Transmission is now over. Power will be generated to use any excess power. Thank You.

Ark: ...

Ark: Ugh...

Ark had woke up in cold sweat. And Elle was found next to him.

Elle: ...Is something the matter Ark...?

Ark: I keep having that same dream...never mind...

Elle gave him a strange look.

Elle: Are you sure you're all right...?

Ark got up and touched her shoulders.

Ark: Don't worry...I am alright...

Elle looked at his face for a moment, then started to walk out of the door.

Elle: Remember! You have to go see the weavers! They're furious at what you've done!

Ark: (Oh no...)

Elle left the room. Ark got dressed and went out, but before he did...

Boy: Hey Ark! The elder wants to see you! It seems the weaver told him!

Ark: (Crap...)

Ark left the house and went to the Elder's. He went into a room with a table filled with men...but the thing that caught his attention was a blue door.

Ark: ...what's that...?

Man: It's best you don't go in there. The elder said it was forbidden...

Ark: Oh...have a little dignity in your free will won't you?

Ark picked up a pot.

Ark: If you're scared to go in, I will!

Ark hurled the pot at the door. It cracked the door easily. Ark was now able to push the door open...which he did.

Ark: That's a long stair-way down...

Ark went all the way down, and found himself in a long corrider. He kept walking...and then...

Ark: That's amazing...! It's a box floating in the air.

Ark grabbed it. He put his rough hands on the opening...and then...
