After liberating the Northern Thracia, Ark Jr settles down at Mease and looks for the next destination. Beyond Mease leads a bleak landscape with steep cliffs. It's the land of Thracia Kingdom, the Kingdom of Dragon Knights. Long ago, King Torabant of Thracia Kingdom has allied with Emperor Alvis, made Thracia the only ally of the Empire Grandbell, and kept his order on this remote area. In Thracia castle, there are both Torabant's children: prince Arion and princess Althena; In Kapathogia castle, the "Shield of Thracia" General Hannibal; In Luthecia castle, there's Torabant's most trusted General Disler; And in Grutia castle, a Dark Gaia follower Jutah sent by the Empire. All of whom are well prepared for a total war against Ark Jr and his liberating force. The people in Thracia are horrified by this invader Ark Jr, and they arm up themselves, too, willing to fight for their country. Is there any "justice" in this war? For who's sake are we fighting this? Such question strikes Ark Jr for the first time...
Chapter 9: For Who's Sake?
Narrator: After Mease has fallen, Althena returns to her father at Thracia castle.
Torabant: Althena, you've lost the battle and you even lost Mease castle?! Who's the idiot that let you lead an army anyway?
Arion: Er, you did father.
Torabant: ... Oh right... well she'll never lead another army again!
Althena: Father, I'm sorry... I'll make it up to you. While I was returning I heard that Ark Jr's tactical advisor's very sick. He might not have long to live. We can wait till he's dead and attack Ark Jr's troops while they're down.
Torabant: Hmm if Ark Jr's advisor's sick, I'm sure he won't last very long. We can attack Ark Jr when he's dead. Ha I'm a genius. I'm so glad I thought of this plan!
Arion and Althena: *big sweat drop* Hehe yeah, right...
Torabant: I'll go make the preparations.
Narrator: Torabant gets on his dragon and flies towards Kapathogia castle. In there was general Hannibal.
Torabant: General Hannibal, prepare your troops for battle. We'll soon make our move to defeat those rebels.
Hannibal: King Torabant, I don't think we should fight the rebels.
Torabant: FOOL! They're hear to invade our land!
Hannibal: But your highness, they only here to fight off the Grandbell Empire. I'm sorry but I will not fight them.
Torabant: You won't fight huh? Well perhaps this will change your mind.
Narrator: Torabant grabs Hannibal's son.
Copul: Ah father, help!
Hannibal: No, Copul... please your highness, spare him. I'll go battle the rebels.
Torabant: Good, you'll attack when I give you the word. I'll take Copul to Luthecia castle. You'll get him back when this is over.
Narrator: Torabant takes Copul and flies towards Luthecia castle.
Torabant: General Disler, lock up this boy up keep an eye on him.
Disler: Yes your highness, but what if the rebels come here?
Torabant: Don't worry, I've taken care of everything. You just guard this castle.
Narrator: Torabant get back on his dragon and flies towards Grutia castle.
Jutah: Ah how may I help you king Torabant?
Torabant: The rebels are coming to attack Thracia. Has emperor Alvis agreed to send in reinforcements?
Jutah: Don't worry you highness. Emperor Alvis has already sent out his troops. They'll be here soon.
Torabant: Good.
Narrator: Torabant flies back to Thracia castle to prepare his army for another attack. Back at Mease castle everyone's busy preparing. Fin went to look for prince Leaf and has something to tell him.
Leaf: Fin, what is it that you wanted to tell me?
Fin: Did you see a dragon knight carry a very interesting weapon while we were busy battle at Mease?
Leaf: Er no... why?
Fin: I saw this female dragon knight on the top of a cliff. She has a golden glow surrounding her... She looks like she's carrying the Holy Weapon Gei Borg.
Leaf: What!?
Fin: The Gei Borg was lost with your sister when your mother and father died. I think that dragon knight's... your long lost sister Althena.
Leaf: What? We must get her back Fin!
Fin: Yes I know. For now let's just keep this between you and me.
Narrator: Everybody finally finished the altar for Terranigma Freak. He enters the camp with the altar in it and sits in the center. He takes a sliver blade and swings it while he mumbles some mumble jumble. He prays inside while Ark Jr stands outside guarding the altar. This continued for 6 days. By the end of the 6th night he looks at the candle. It was still burning brightly.
Terranigma Freak: Good *cough* it looks like there's a good chance for me after all.
Narrator: The next day Terranigma Freak continued his prayers. Suddenly at night a strong wind picked up. It blew into the altar and blew out the candle. Terranigma Freak collapsed onto the floor.
Ark: NO!
Narrator: Everybody rushed to help Terranigma Freak up. Soon he awaked.
Terranigma Freak: ... It... looks like... this is it... *cough* I haven't long to live... but before I go... there are a... few things I'd like to tell you...
Ark Jr: Yes, I'm listening.
Narrator: Terranigma Freak whispered something to Ark Jr.
Ark Jr: Yes, I'll do that. The enemies won't know what hit them.
Terranigma Freak: Also... you must... find the 3... Flame War Sages... They hold the key... to defeating Dark Gaia's powers...
Ark Jr: The 3 Flame War Sages?
Terranigma Freak: ... Yes... they are Conspiracy... Snape... and Dais... I believe Conspiracy once helped... your father... They protect... the powers of... Light Gaia. You must find them... for only... they can... unlock it's powers... You must also... find the last descendent... of Light Gaia... cause only that... person can use... the most powerful... spell of Light Gaia.
Ark Jr: Yes I'll find them.
Terranigma Freak: ... I'm honored... to be able to... serve you... You're the... only hope for this continent. Ark... Jr... there's... one more... thing... I ... must... tell..... you. I... I... I'm... not... the re... re... rea... ... ... ...
Ark Jr: What, what!? ... Terranigma Freak, Terranigma Freak!? No!
Levin: ... He's gone...
Ark Jr: But I didn't get to hear what he wanted to tell me.
Levin: I'm sure you'll find out. Now we must do what he told you.
Ark Jr: Right, it's time to prepare for the funeral.
Narrator: They went to prepare everything. The news quickly reached Torabant.
Soldier: Your highness, our spies have found out that Terranigma Freak's dead!
Torabant: Alright, Althena....
Althena: You said you were never going to let me lead another army again.
Torabant: Er I didn't say that...
Althena: Yes you did, so I'm not going.
Torabant: Go!
Althena: No!
Torabant: Go!
Althena: No!
Torabant: Go!
Althena: No!
Torabant: Arion, you go talk to her. She always listens to you.
Arion: Go!
Althena: Ok, if you say so brother.
Torabant: How'd you do that?
Arion: I have no idea.
Narrator: Althena gets on her dragon and leads the dragon knight army to attack Ark Jr again. General Hannibal also recieved orders to attack. They all charged at Mease castle. It looks like everyone was busy with the funeral. Just when they got close Ark Jr's army suddenly appears. They were already waiting for them. From far away they could see soldiers pushing out a cart. On the cart sat someone with long hair and a silk scarf wrapped around his head. He wears a long robe and holds a fan made of goose feathers.
Ark Jr: Hahahaha! You fell for Terranigma Freak's trap! All troops attack!
Hannibal: Wha-what!? He's alive!!!
Althena: Oh no, we fell for another one of his traps!
Narrator: Althena and Hannibal's troops got scared and ran. Ark Jr leading his troops continued to chase. The battle didn't last very long. Both Hannibal and Althena's armies were defeated. Hannibal quickly retreated back to Kapathogia castle, and Althena tries to escape back to Thracia castle, but she ran into prince Leaf.
Leaf: Sister, wait!
Althena: *looks around* Er you're talking to me?
Leaf: No I'm talking to the invisible man behind you. OF COURSE I'M TALKING TO YOU!
Althena: Sorry prince Leaf but I'm not your sister.
Leaf: Yes you are my sister. The weapon you're using's the Gei Borg. It belonged to the Lenster family.
Althena: It is? Then how come I'm using it?
Leaf: 17 years ago my parents were killed by Torabant at the Yeld Desert. Since then my older sister and my family's Holy Weapon the Gei Borg was missing. You're using it right now so that means you have the blood of Noba in you.
Althena: You're lying! I'll go ask my father and he'll tell me the truth.
Narrator: Prince stepped aside and lets Althena fly back to Thracia castle.
Torabant: Althena, what are you doing back here? Why aren't you leading the attack!?
Althena: Oh don't worry everything's fine. I came back to ask you something. Which Holy Warrior's blood does my mother have?
Torabant: Err... crap... I ... it's... Godzilla.... no wait... I mean I forgot! Why are you asking this?
Althena: While I was battling I met with prince Leaf of Lenster. He thinks I'm his long lost sister.
Torabant: ... Don't listen to these lies! He's trying to trick you! Enough, I'll go and take care of them myself. Arion you take the Gunguniel and guard Thracia castle.
Arion: Yes father, and good luck.
Narrator: Torabant asambles another army and headed for Mease to attack Ark Jr again. At Kapathogia castle, general Hannibal found out that Terranigma Freak really was dead.
Soldier: That was not the real Terranigma Freak. It was just someone dressed like him.
Hannibal: What? He's really dead?
Soldier: Yes, and we've just recieved another order from king Torabant to attack Mease again.
Hannibal: Alright all troops prepare for another attack.
Levin: Uh-oh, Torabant and Hannibal's coming to attack us again.
Ark Jr: Damn, I guess dressing someone up as Terranigma Freak won't be able to scare them away again. We'll have to do it the hard way! Alright everyone, let's go!
Narrator: Ark Jr split up his troops to battle Torabant and Hannibal. Torabant attacks from the south and Hannibal attacks from the southwest. They all met near Mease castle and the battle begins. Torabant and Hannibal's combined forces slowly pushed Ark Jr's troops back. Things didn't look good for Ark Jr. They all retreated back into Mease castle to defend it while Torabant and Hannibal attacked the castle from outside.
Fin: Where's prince Leaf? Nanna have you seen where he went?
Nanna: I don't know. I haven't seen him since the battle began.
Narrator: As Torabant and Hannibal continued to attack, prince Leaf was outside the castle and climbed up a tree. Just when Torabant flies by the tree, prince Leaf leaps out shouting...
Leaf: COWABUNGA!!!
Narrator: No, not cowabunga! He's your enemy, ans he killed your parents so what are you suppose to shout?
Leaf: Oh right. KISS MY ASS!
Narrator: Oh well, close enough. Anyway prince Leaf leaps onto Torabant's dragon. Torabant was caught by surprise. He barely managed to block prince Leaf's attack.
Torabant: Ah so you're Cuan's brat! I'm going to kill you just like your father. Once you're gone, I'll finally be able to get rid of the Lenster family for good!
Leaf: Never! I'll kill you to avenge my parents, and get my sister back!
Narrator: Prince Leaf and Torabant struggles on top of the dragon. They both tried to push each other off. They couldn't use their weapons cause they might hit the dragon and they'll fall to their doom. But with Torabant the dragon flies out of control. Prince Leaf slips and fell off the dragon, but luckily he managed to hook onto the dragon's feet with his legs. The others watched helplessly as prince Leaf dangles upside down on the dragon.
Torabant: Hahahaha! Now you'll die!
Narrator: Torabant grabbed his spear and tries to stab prince Leaf with it. Prince Leaf quickly moved his body as much as he could. Torabant's spear barely missed. It went pass prince Leaf's armpit. Prince Leaf quickly grabbed onto the spear and used all his might to pulling Torabant towards him, then he quickly pulled out his sword and stabbed Torabant with it, and they both fell off. Fin suddenly leaped out with his horse and caught prince Leaf, while Torabant's body fell to the ground.
Leaf: That was fun, can we do it again!
Fin: NO!
Leaf: But I've finally avenged my parents. Now we must get my sister back.
Narrator: Torabant died and the dragon knights panics. Ark Jr used this chance and charged back out with his troops to attack. Now instead of lossing Ark Jr was winning. Ark Jr's troops continued to attack Hannibal and what's left of the dragon knights, but suddenly a loud roar echoed through the battlefield. Hannibal's troops looked really scared.
Ark Jr: What the hell was that?
Voice: BOBOBOBOBOBO!!!!
Levin: It... must be the dreaded pants eating monster, El Bobo. The people of Thracia feared this monster. Every year the had to bring some pants as sacrifice to the monster
Ark Jr: ... Pants Eater... ?
Levin: Yeah I heard that years ago someone named El Bobo went to Tokyo, and Godzilla attacked. It destoryed a paint factory and was covered with yellow paint. El Bobo thought it was a super sized Pikachu and attacked it, but instead his ass was nuked by Godzilla's breath. He somehow managed to survive and has mutated into a monster. He now lives in Thracia and eats people's pants.
Ark Jr: BWAHAHAHAHA! That's the corniest story I've ever *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOOM* ... heard...
Narrator: The booming noise got louder and louder until out of the forest came a large monster. It had strange looking teeth. Two large eyes, and sharp blades and spikes on it's hands.
El Bobo: BOBOBOBOBO! That prince Mars guy's pants tasted good.
Narrator: Everyone ran away scared when they saw it.
El Bobo: Hey... isn't that Charles Manson!?
Hannibal: Where... ME!?
El Bobo: Hahaha I'll eat your pants too!
Hannibal: No... w-wait, I'm not Charles Manson... Ahhhhhh!!

Narrator: El Bobo charged at general Hannibal and tries to eat his pants. Hannibal fights back. They were both locked in a pants-tug-o-war.
back for Levin: ... I think while Hannibal's busy let's go attack Luthecia castle first. We'll come Kapathogia castle later.
Ark Jr: Yeah good idea. I don't want my pants to be eaten.
Narrator: Ark Jr's troops left Hannibal and El Bobo and headed for Luthecia castle. Meanwhile the death of Torabant reached Thracia castle.
Althena: ... Father's dead... Big brother we must get our armies ready and kill those rebels, now!
Arion: No Althena... There's something I must tell you. Prince Leaf... was telling the truth.
Althena: WHAT?!
Arion: He's your real brother. Your father was prince Cuan of Lenster and your mother was Ethlin the sister of Ark. Years ago your parents were on their way through the Yeld Desert to help Ark, but my father ambushed them and they were both killed. You were with your mother. My father knew that you can use the Gei Borg, so he took you back and raised you to serve him.
Althena: ... That means I'm not your sister?
Arion: No Althena. You should go back to your real brother. Our families are enemies.
Althena: ... But brother...
Arion: I'm not your brother now leave!
Narrator: Althena left and got on her dragon and flew towards Ark Jr's army.
Althena: Ark Jr, wait!
Ark Jr: What?
Althena: I'm not here to fight you. I'm here to join you.
Ark Jr: You are? Why?
Althena: I found out the truth... I know that prince Leaf's my real brother.
Ark Jr: Really? Prince Leaf is your brother?
Althena: Yes, he's my brother. Now that I know the truth, I'm here to reunite with my family.
Ark Jr: I'm sure prince Leaf will be very happy. Oh hey, that's a really big dragon you have.
Althena: Yeah I named him Barney.
Ark Jr: Wow I've never been this close to a dragon before.
Narrator: Ark Jr pats the dragon on it's head but the dragon chomped on Ark Jr's head.

Althena: Bad Barney, BAD! Let go of Ark Jr's head!
Ark Jr: Ack it's breath stinks like hell!
Althena: So you're planning on attack Luthecia castle now?
Ark Jr: Yeah, that's the plan.
Althena: Oh have a great idea! I can lure general Disler out, and we can attack him when his guard's down.
Ark Jr: But will he fall for it?
Althena: Of course he would. Nobody knows I'm not really Torabant's daughter yet, and he has no troops guarding the castle right now.
Ark Jr: Alright, let's do it then.
Narrator: When they got to Luthecia's gates Althena knocked on the door.
Disler: Who is it?
Althena: General Disler, it's me, Althena. Open up! I have something important to tell you.
Disler: *opens door* Yes what is it princess Alth-*POW*
Althena: Take a break.
Ark Jr: Great that was easy. Let's go check around the castle and get rid of any enemy soldiers.
Levin: Ark Jr, I found and boy and someone locked up in the jail cell.
Ark Jr: Hello, who are you?
Copul: I'm Copul, and you must be Ark Jr right?
Ark Jr: Right, that's me. Why are you locked up?
Copul: My father Hannibal didn't want to fight you, so king Torabant took me here and locked me up to force my father to fight.
Ark Jr: Oh your father's general Hannibal?
Copul: Well I'm actually his adopted son, but he still loves me very much... oh I hope he's alright.
Ark Jr: Well... he might have trouble keeping his pants on. He was attacked by the El Bobo monster.
Man: Oh don't worry, El Bobo only eats pants. The biggest problem would be Hannibal arrested for not wearing pants in public.
Ark Jr: Oh I'm sorry, I forgot about you, and who might you be?
Conspiracy: I'm Conspiracy. Ah you look just like your father Ark.
Ark Jr: You're the Flame War Sage, Conspiracy?!
Conspiracy: Why yes, how did you know who I am?
Ark Jr: Terranigma Freak told me to search for you.
Conspiracy: ... Terranigma Freak? How is that possible? You were hidden away when he died. You weren't at his funeral, so how could he have told you?
Ark Jr: What are you talking about? He died yesterday!
Conspiracy: No, he died 15 years ago! I was there and so's the others.
Ark Jr: What? We just burried him yesterday! All of my troops were there and they can prove it.
Conspiracy: Oh wait a minute... I almost forgot... *sigh* so even he died. Such a pity.
Ark Jr: What, what are you talking about?
Conspiracy: Ok let me explain. Terranigma Freak died 15 years ago because of the Asmodeus virus. The person that was helping you was his twin brother Terranigma Fool.
Ark Jr: His twin brother? So that means the real Terranigma Freak was dead?
Conspiracy: That is correct.
Ark Jr: That explained why that Zedpower guy scream ghost when he saw him. But why did Terranigma Fool have to pretend as his brother?
Conspiracy: It's because he owe him his life, and Terranigma Fool was never able to repay his brother. He wanted to continue where his brother left off, and hopes that future generations would know Terranigma Freak as the hero who helped you save the continent. Even when they were young they were very close. They were both very smart too.
Narrator: A flashback begins.
Terranigma Freak: I say this is a nuclear fusion enery cell.
Terranigma Fool: No no no, I say this is a new kind of computer chip.
Mom: Boy, will you stop looking at the pizza and eat it already!
Terranigma Freak: I told you it was pizza!
Terranigma Fool: No way, you said it was a nuclear fusion enery cell! I said it was a pizza!
Conspiracy: They were also very good at all kinds of weapons. Give them anything and they'll use it like a pro.
Narrator: Here comes another flash back.
Terranigma Fool: WAIIIIIIILLLLLLL! Mommy, big brother hit me with a Holy Weapon! Wahhhhhhhh
Mom: How many times have I told you boys not to play with the toilet plungers!
Conspiracy: Then once, Terranigma Freak saved his brother's life.
Narrator: You guessed it, another flashback.
Terranigma Freak: Hurry brother! Jump off before it's too late!
Terranigma Fool: B-but I'm scared of heights!
Terranigma Freak: Don't worry, I'll catch you!
Terranigma Fool: But.... but...
Terranigma Freak: HURRY UP AND JUMP OFF THE SOFA BEFORE MOM COMES BACK AND YELLS AT US AGAIN!!
Terranigma Fool: Oh... ok... here I go... *jumps... BOOM* Oh brother you saved my life! How can I ever repay you?
Terranigma Freak: You get your ass off me first!
Conspiracy: From that day Terranigma Fool owe his brother a debut of honor, but he was never able to repay him. So he decided to continue his brother's work.
Ark Jr: So that was what he was trying to tell me before he died.
Copul: Oh no, we better go check on my father to see if he's alright.
Ark Jr: Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Conspiracy, will you join us to search for the other 2 sages and help defeat the Grandbell Empire?
Conspiracy: Sure it'll be fun.
Narrator: They all left Luthecia castle and went back to Kapathogia castle. When they got there, El Bobo was still trying to eat Hannibal's pants.
El Bobo: Mmm I'm hungry! I want pants!
Hannibal: Gahhh get off my pants!
Ark Jr: Err... how do we handle this?
Conspiracy: I'll handle this... I've waited a long time for this.
Narrator: Conspiracy walked up to El Bobo.
Conspiracy: El Bobo! Come and face me you coward!
El Bobo: ... Oh Conspiracy! Bwahahaha so you want your pants to be eaten too huh?
Conspiracy: I'll correct my mistake for not finishing you off years ago. Now you've even betrayed FOGU and handed Cherubae over to the Grandbell Empire!
El Bobo: Hehehehehe!. The empire was going to give me a big reward. Even Beruga feared Cher's golden underwear's power. After I handed Cher to them they gave me lots of pants to eat.
Conspiracy: How could you! It's ends here today!
El Bobo: Mwahahahahaha!
Narrator: They both charged towards each other. Conspiracy punches El Bobo at lightning speed. El Bobo also punches. Their fists meets at incredible speed. They both punch and parries each other's moves. El Bobo punches Conspiracy with his left hand and Conspiracy raised his hand to block, and El Bobo punches with his right hand and Conspiracy also blocks. Then he hits El Bobo with 5 punches then he drew both his hands back for a split second and pushed his both his plams and stikes El Bobo in his chest. El Bobo's entire body flew backwards. He quickly dug his clawed feet into the ground, and stopped. El Bobo spreads his wings and flew at Conspiracy. Just when he got near Conspiracy, he slashed out with his hands, but Conspiracy backflips and dodged. El Bobo missed and flew at a tree at full speed but just as he got near it, he swings his body around. Instead of slamming head first at the tree, he kicked the tree and bounced right back at Conspiracy, and sends 6 kicks at him. Conspiracy fell backwards. When Conspiracy got back up, El Bobo was gone, but suddenly the ground behind Conspiracy explodes and El Bobo bursted out of the ground. He grabs Conspiracy from behind and tried to choke him.
El Bobo: Gahahahaha! It's over Conspiracy.
Conspiracy: N.. N... NEVER!
Narrator: Conspiracy used all his might and slams El Bobo with his head. El Bobo lets go and Conspiracy rolls away. He charged at El Bobo again. Conspiracy jumps up and sends a roundhouse kick, and El Bobo ducks. Conspiracy punched El Bobo. El Bobo moved away, and grabbed onto Conspiracy's hand and flips him to the ground. El Bobo punches at Conspiracy again, but Conspiracy grabbed his hand and pulled El Bobo towards him, then he sends 3 uppercut at El Bobo's head. El Bobo continues to fall backwards until they got near the cliff.
Conspiracy: Because of you FOGU was destoryed. Most of the people got split up. You even helped Beruga unleash the Asmodeus virus that killed so many people... including Terranigma Freak.
El Bobo: W-what... I thought that was an anti-Pikachu virus! They tricked me!!!
Conspiracy: Enough of your lies! DIE!!!
Narrator: Conspiracy lunged at El Bobo but instead he stepped on a banana peel and slips off the edge of the cliff. El Bobo went to edge of the cliff and saw Conspiracy has grabbed onto a tree growing out the side of the cliff.
Conspiracy: ... Go ahead and kill me. You've won, but the others at FOGU will hunt you down for what you've done!
El Bobo: ... ... ...
Narrator: El Bobo extends his hands down towards Conspiracy.
El Bobo: Grab on and I'll pull you up.
Conspiracy: ... No...
El Bobo: Come on, the tree branch can't support your for too long.
Conspiracy: Your hand is dirty. I don't know where it's been.
El Bobo: Oh sorry that's right.
Narrator: El Bobo turns around and extends his tail down towards Conspiracy. Conspiracy grabs onto El Bobo's tail, and he was pulled up.
El Bobo: Cher's been taken to Peluluc castle at Miletos. If hurry you can still save her... I think.
Conspiracy: ...
El Bobo: Look, I know what I've done was unforgivable. I'll leave and start over again. The first thing I'll do is go kick the empire's ass, then I'll be the hero! Mwahahahahaha!
Narrator: El Bobo spreads his wings and flew away. Copul quickly went to Hannibal.
Copul: Father, are you alright?
Hannibal: Copul, how'd you manage to get away?
Copul: Ark Jr saved me.
Hannibal: Oh he did? How can I ever repay him.
Copul: Father, I think we should join Ark Jr, and help him defeat the Grandbell Empire.
Hannibal: Alright, I'll join. I never liked the empire that much anyway.
Ark Jr: Alright our next stop is Grutia castle.
Hannibal: No wait, reinforcements from Grandbell might arrive soon.
Ark Jr: How do you know?
Hannibal: I heard it from king Torabant. They plan on attacking you from behind while you're busy with Grutia castle.
Ark Jr: We can't let them do that now can we.
Hannibal: You hide some of your troops. When they come to attack us, we'll be able to attack them from behind instead.
Ark Jr: Great idea, I'll go get everything ready.
Narrator: Ark Jr splits up his army and hides some of them.
Copul: ... ... Lynn... is that you?!
Lynn: Err... who are you... You look familiar...
Copul: It's me, Copul!
Lynn: Copul... that name... where have I heard it before...
Copul: Oh this should help you remember.
Narrator: Copul use his Valkyrie staff and hits Lynn on the head.
Lynn: *SMASSSSH* Ouch... Copul, my brother I can remember now.... WHY F!@# YOU HIT ME OVER THE HEAD WITH THE VALKYRIE STAFF!
Narrator: Lynn grabs the staff and starts hitting Copul with it.
Copul: *Boom* ow.. I'm glad *SMACK* ouch too see *BAM* you too my *POW* sister. Would you stop it with that! That's our father's Holy Staff.
Lynn: ... Sorry... so where were you all these years?
Copul: Father(as in dad) Claude and I fled to Thracia after the battle. He tried very hard to search for you and mom, but soon he died. I was left alone on the streets of Thracia. I almost starved to death but general Hannibal adopted me as his son. All these years we lived in Thracia. So what happened to you and our mother Sylvia?
Lynn: Mom caught the Asmodeus virus and died too. I learned her dance skills and performed for the circus.
Copul: Bwahahahahaha! You performed for the circus?! You were one of the clowns right?
Lynn: Well bleah to you!
Narrator: Ark Jr and his troops marched on to Grutia castle. To the north of Thracia, a large army appeared. It was the reinforcements sent by Alvis to help Thracia. They quickly chased after Ark Jr's army.
Ark Jr: Ok here they come, just as Hannibal said.
Narrator: Ark Jr pretended he didn't notice them and continued on. Just as the Grandbell reinforcements caught up with them, Ark Jr's hidden troops poped out and attacked from behind. Ark Jr also turned around to attack. The Grandbell forces didn't even know what hit them. The Grandbell army panics and scatters all over the place. The battle quickly ended. The Grandbell forces were crushed.
Ark Jr: Gee that was easy.
Narrator: Ark Jr and his troops continued towards Grutia castle. When they got there the Dark Gaia follower Jutah was guarding the castle along with some of the villagers, armed and waiting to battle.
Ark Jr: Huh... why would the villagers want to fight us?
Levin: The people of Thracia has been blinded by Torabant. They think that their king would be able to lead them towards peace and a new life. They don't know that Torabant has allied with the empire.
Ark Jr: ... But I can't hurt these innocent people here. I don't know what I should do.
Yomi: A battle is a must, but you must try to gain their trust too.
Ark Jr: Well, how do I tell them that we're here to help?
Yomi: You must fight with your heart.
Ark Jr: That would hurt. I'm not ripping out my heart to use it as a weapon.
Yomi: No no no, I mean you must fight without killing too much people. Too much killing would only make them hate you.
Ark Jr: Ok, I'll give it a try.
Narrator: Ark Jr, attacks Grutia castle. The castle's defences were strong and they were trying their best not to hurt the villagers. They continued to attack for a few days but they couldn't break through.
Ark Jr: Dammit, this is not going well. General Hannibal, what do you think we should do?
Hannibal: Hmm... Grutia castle's well defended, but inside it lacks resources. We'll continue to surround Grutia castle for a few more days. When they run out of water and firewood we'll...
Narrator: They continued to surround Grutia castle for 3 days. On the fourth day Ark Jr's army packed their bags and left.
Jutah: Oh they're leaving. And just in time too. Open the castle gates to let the villagers get water and chop down firewood.
Narrator: The villagers went out to get water and gather firewood. Later that day Ark Jr's troops returned.
Villager: Ahhhh those rebels are here again, run for your lifes!
Narrator: All the villagers quickly fled back inside Grutia castle. There were also Ark Jr's troops that were disguised as the villager and blends right in. Late at night, Ark Jr launched an attack on the castle. Jutah quickly went to defend the castle, but suddenly Sukasha leaps out and slashed Jutah from behind. Jutah didn't even know what hit him. Ark Jr's soldiers quickly opened the gates to let the others in. Ark Jr charged in a captures all of the empire's soldiers.
Ark Jr: Hey, it looks like the villagers were only under the empire's dark spell.
Levin: Now that Jutah's been killed they're all back to normal. See you're efforts has paid off.
Ark Jr: Yeah, thanks to everybody for helping me. Hey Levin, so what can you tell me about the 3 Flame War Sages?
Levin: The 3 Flame War Sages guards the powers of Light Gaia. Only when the 3 of them combines, then we'll be able to gain the powers of Light Gaia.
Ark Jr: Why does the powers of Light Gaia need to be guarded?
Levin: Light Gaia's the most powerful of all the Holy Weapons. That is the only power that can defeat Dark Gaia. To prevent the powers of Light Gaia falling into evil hands, a seal was created to protect it. Conspiracy's the Sage of loyalty. Dais' the Sage of leaving and coming back, then leaving again. Snape's the Sage of beer. With these 3 virtues are what makes them the Flame War Sages.
Narrator: News of Grutia castle's fall reached Arion at Thracia castle.
Arion: I don't believe it! Kapathogia, Luthecia, and Grutia castle have all fallen! I must defend Thracia castle at all cost. It's time to use all of the dragon knights of Thracia.
Narrator: Arion sets up the largest dragon knight army ever. Using all of the troops left in Thracia castle.
Ark Jr: Oh boy... this will not be easy...
Yomi: That's a very BIG army.
Hannibal: There might be a way to beat them, but it's very dangerous.
Ark Jr: Heck either way we died, so lets here this idea.
Hannibal: Arion has a very large army.
Narrator: DUH!
Hannibal: Ahem... Anyway Thracia castle's surrounded by mountains on all sides except the main road. That's were Arion will be guarding. We can get the drop on him by climbing over the mountains and attack Thracia castle from behind.
Ark Jr: Sounds like a plan to me. We'll get started right away. We're gonna needs lots of ropes the scale the mountains.
Hannibal: The mountains very narrow.
Narrator: Ark Jr and his troops began to climb the mountains. It was a hard and dangerous trek.
Yuria: Ohhhh I've been shoot! I'm not going to make it. You better leave me here Ark Jr.
Ark Jr: ... Yuria, that was bird shit that dropped on you.
Yuria: I'm useless. You should leave me here cause I'll only slowing you down.
Ark Jr: I won't leave you here Yuria, and you're not useless. I need you and Rana to help heal the wounded. Without you 2, lots of soldiers might have died.
Yuria: Do you think we'll ever be able to beat the Grandbell Empire?
Ark Jr: Of course we will. As long as we all stick together. We'll find those sages and the one that can use Light Gaia's powers.
Yuria: Right! Now how do I get this shit off me!?
Narrator: After a day's hard climb they've finally reached Thracia castle. From atop the mountains Ark Jr, could see the back of the castle, while tons of dragon knights guards the front. All of their base camps were set near the castle.
Ark Jr: Ok, now what do we do?
Hannibal: We should hurry up and attack now. It'll get dark soon. We can use this chance to burn their base camps.
Narrator: Ark Jr's troop quickly got down the mountains and went to work. They quickly attacked Arion's left and right base camp. The dragon knights didn't know they would come at the from behind. Their base camps were set on fire. The entire army panics. The dragon knights ran back and forth trying to stop the fire, but Ark Jr's troops attacks them. They were caught between Ark Jr and the fire. Most tries to fly away but they were shoot down by Faval and Lester's arrow storm. Arion quickly fled, but was stopped by Althena.
Althena: Brother...
Arion: I'm not your brother. Now get out of the way or I may have to hurt you.
Althena: Please surrender to Ark Jr and...
Arion: NEVER! I guess it's time to see what you've learned from me all these years.
Narrator: Arion thrusts the Gunguniel at Althena, but Althena quickly dodges. She counter attacks with her Gei Borg. The 2 Holy Warriors battles for their life. Althena slashes down at Arion's head, and Arion raised his Gunguniel to block, then he knocks Althena's Gei Borg to the side and gave 4 fast jabs at Althena's head. She quickly moves her head left and right to dodge the attack. They fought 20 rounds and Althena swings her Gei Borg at Arion then she quickly turned away and ran. Arion quickly chased after her. Just when he almost caught up to her, Althena turned around and thrusted her spear at Arion. Arion dodged but he was a bit too late. The Gei Borg stabs Arion's left arm and he fell off his dragon.
Arion: ... You've won Althena... Go ahead a finish me!
Althena: No... I...
Narrator: Suddenly Yurius appeared out of nowhere.
Yurius: Hmm... I'm sure Arion will be able to be of some use to me later. I better save him.
Narrator: Yurius grabs Arion and disappeared.
Althena: W-what... who?
Narrator: After Arion was gone the dragon knights were defeated. Ark Jr finally conquers Thracia.
Ark Jr: Gee I wonder who that was that help Arion escape.
Levin: Hmmm... I'm not sure, but I think we'll meet him again.
Ark Jr: So our next stop's Miletos right?
Levin: That's right... and Grandbell is just around the corner...
