Flik
The red-hat Nature Sprite is the leader of the elf team. He'll be investigating the public field areas with his sprite buddies when you first meet him. Flik is friendly towards you since you're one of the only humans that can see him. His job is to ensure that everything is clean.
You'll meet Flik after Spring 22 of your first year by walking from the Forest Road area to the Mountain Hill, where you'll bump into him and Mora. From there you'll see him again when you unlock Pepita, Gusto, and Torque. After that you won't meet him again until year 2 when you unlock Dessie. You can then give him gifts and talk to him to raise his friendship.
The Nature Sprites stay in the Forest Road area from 6:00 to 12:00, then they can go to a random public field area (or the Forest Road again) from 12:00 to 18:00. From 18:00 to 20:00 they are back in the Forest Road area. After 20:00 they are gone until the next day

Mushroom Spaghetti: Flour + mushroom + Seaweed. This recipe belongs to the Basic Noodles/Bread Recipe Set from Silk Country. Any mushroom will work, but you'll either have to grow them yourself by taking the Mushroom public field or wait until the game stops making the mushrooms disappear behind Witchie's house when they are ready to be picked up off the ground. Seaweed can be bought from Silk Country, and Flour can be bought from Wheat Country.
Loved Gifts (+500 FP)
The easy items for Flik are Mushroom Salad, Mushroom Soup, or Roasted Mushroom. All of these still require the sometimes-tough-to-obtain mushroom. The other item he likes is Sturgeon Soup, which requires you to catch a Sturgeon with a Sacred Fishing Pole.
