Renovate the Bridge!
Talk to Megan to learn about her goal to upgrade the bridge that leads to Westown (North). She will request that you bring her 10 Small Lumber and 10 Lumber. You can use your Axe to chop Twigs and Branches to create the construction materials. On the next sunny day in Westown, Megan will greet you at your farm house door to help use your supplied materials to repair the bridge. You'll also earn +3 Affection Points with the Westown marriage candidates.

Ship Some Fish!
Either use your fishing pole, the fish trap spot in Lulukoko, or raise the fish yourself using the Fish Hatchery boxes on your farm. Ship 50 total fish to Westown. Anything in the fish category will count such as Sea Urchin, clams, and Octopus.

Earn 100,000 G by shipping anything you can to Westown.
Build the Bell Tower!
There's an empty spot by the Garden Grill that could use some sort of decoration. Talk to Megan to receive a request for 30 Lumber and 3 Gold. The Gold ore comes from hitting the mine node by the Postio in North Westown; the other three nodes in town do not produce Gold. You will need to upgrade your hammer's effectiveness quality to level 3 or higher to be able to hit the node. The ore can also be purchased from the Log House shop in Westown for 11,000 G each or 7700 G in Seedling Mode. Bring the materials back to Megan so she can construct the bell by Garden Grill. On the next sunny day in Westown, Megan will visit your house in the morning to recruit you to help construct the bell. Once built, the bell quietly stands next to Garden Grill. You can't ring it. You'll also earn +3 Affection Points with the Westown marriage candidates.
Collaborate on a New Menu Item!
Talk to Brad to learn he wants to create a new menu item with you for the Garden Grill. He will request that you bring him 20 Flour and 20 Sweet Potato.
- Flour can be bought at the grocery store, Bon Charme, in Westown.
- Sweet Potato is a Fall season crop. You can buy Sweet Potato seeds from Hinata at Ra Man's once Tsuyukusa reaches Rank D or higher. Ittetsu also sells Sweet Potato crop during Fall if Tsuyukusa is Rank C or higher and you have shipped at least 10 Sweet Potatoes.
Bring the ingredients back to Brad. On the next available morning (no stormy weather) he'll fetch you to work together in the restaurant's kitchen to make the new Sweet Potato menu item. You'll receive the Candied Sweet Potato cooking recipe.

Ship Some Byproducts!
You will be shipping milk, eggs, and wool to complete this lock criteria. You just need to ship a total of all animal products to Westown; you won't have to ship 500 eggs, 500 milk, and so on.
Ship Dairy and Wine Products!
Use the Dairy Factory and the Winery to process 100 goods each to ship to Westown. These processing Farm Circles can be crafted at Ludus' shop in Lulukoko. You can ship any combination of each machine's processed goods to complete the requirement.
- The Dairy Factory requires 30 Iron, 20 Stone, 20 Milk, and 20,000 G. Iron can be found at any of the Westown mining nodes except for the one close to the Postio. The Dairy Factory converts milk into cheese, butter, and yogurt.
The Winery Farm Circle is at Ludus' shop for 20,000 G and 30 Lumber, 15 Coconut, 15 Vanilla, 15 Rosemary, and 3 Platinum. Most of the materials you can easily collect on your own, but Coconut is a little trickier. You can't buy the Coconut fruit from any shop, and the tree seedling doesn't unlock until you have reached Rank B with Lulukoko or you have shipped at least 200 tree fruit to Lulukoko. Processing tree fruit into wine takes 48 hours for each bottle, so remember to put the fruit in one-at-a-time for faster processing instead of as a large single stack of fruit.
Clean Up the Town Symbol!
Megan thinks the large buffalo statue in town looks a little rough for wear. She will request that you bring her 70,000 G. That's all she will ask for! Afterwards, the town buffalo will look shiny and new. You will also earn +3 AP with the Westown marriage candidates.
Collaborate with the Flower Shop!
Lisette wants to start crafting bouquets and perfume at her shop but she's in need of some materials. She will request that you bring her 20 Hibiscus, 20 Sunflower, and 20 Pink Carnation. Sunflower and Hibiscus are Summer season flowers, and Pink Carnation is a Fall season crop. You can buy Sunflower and Pink Carnation seeds from Hinata's shop in Tsuyukusa, and Hibiscus from the Polepole stall in Lulukoko. Once you bring her the required materials, you'll help her craft some samples. Afterwards, Lisette will offer flower bouquet and perfume crafting at her shop. You'll also earn +3 AP with the Westown marriage candidate.

Make Friends in Westown!
Have at least 40,000 Friendship Points (four hearts) with each of the Westown villagers. If you already have the required friendship level then you'll automatically have this requirement completed when you receive it. You can see your friendship levels by going into your farm house bookshelf, then check your farm data and review your villager data menu.
Ship 1,000,000 G Worth of Goods!
Ship a total of 1,000,000 G or more worth of goods to Westown since the beginning of the game. Anything you ship will count towards meeting this goal. Just remember to have your shipping bin destination set to Westown!
Build the Statue!
Megan wants to create a large Dessie statue at the base of the waterfall. She will request that you bring her 30 Stone, 10 Black Stone, and 10 Pearl (white only). The stone is simple enough to collect, but the pearl can't be purchased anywhere. To grow pearls you will need to place a Pearl Oyster into a Fish Hatchery box, and you'll receive a colored pearl 7 days later. The pearl color you receive is random from the six colors available: white, yellow, green, red, blue, and gold. To force your oyster to produce a white Pearl, place the Ice Light Farm Circle next to its Fish Hatchery. This object is available at Ludus' shop if all three towns are at Rank C or higher and you have harvested at least 50 pearls. He'll need you to bring 10 Crystal, 10 Stone, 50 Ice, 5 Silver Linen, and 1 Adamantite.
After you hand over the materials, on the next sunny morning Megan will bring you to the waterfall to help with the construction. The statue of Dessie will then be placed in the middle of the pond. You will also get +3 AP with the Westown candidates.
Collaborate on Another Menu Item!
It has been some time, but Marco wants to dust off his cooking skills and make a new menu item for the Garden Grill. He will request that you bring him 50 Dried Fruit, 50 Orange, and 50 Grape. Dried Fruit is an item processed at the Jam Factory machine, Orange is a Summer season tree fruit, and Grape is a Fall season tree fruit. Orange and Grape can also be purchased from the Santo do Mango fruit stall in Lulukoko if you are at Rank C or higher with Lulukoko; Orange is a year-round inventory item, and Grape is available during Fall if you have shipped 50 Grape. Marco will fetch you the next non-stormy day to work together to cook up a tasty treat. Marco will reward you with the Minced Pie cooking recipe.
Finale
After you have completed the Rank A lock and reached Rank S, walk into your farm house between 17:00 and 21:00 and your rucksack is not full. Megan will request that you go with her to the Garden Grill, where you'll find all of the Westown villagers gathered together to celebrate your hard work. Everyone will spend a great evening together, chatting and eating. When it is time to return home, Megan will give you a flower bouquet that everyone worked together to craft. You'll also receive +2000 FP with the Westown villagers.
