Walk into Romana's room and she'll welcome you for some tea. Elli will then walk in and tell Romana that she's here to check up on her. Romana thanks her but tells Elli that she's alright. Elli insists because Hardy told her to do so. Hardy's instructions annoy Romana, and she angrly confirms that she is perfectly fine.
Poor Elli has to take the blunt of Romana's rage and quickly leaves. Romana is still irritated and doesn't appreciate the way Hardy takes care of elderly people.
