Sometimes if you visit Dr.Hardy when Trent and Elli are inside you may be there to get a checkup. Elli will ask you to please wait for the other patient to finish, and when your turn arrives (usually after Gustafa leaves) the 3 of them will make sure you're healthy. This can happen more then once.
