Inside the inn, Melanie is asking Nadi to tell his travel stories to her. He doesn't feel like it, but she keeps pestering him. Perhaps if no stories, he'll play hide and seek? They notice you're standing there, so Melanie asks what's up.

• Choice 1: I want in, too!

  Result: +2000 FP with Nadi, +500 FP with Melanie

  Melanie is happy there's now another person to play with, so Nadi concedes to her request.

  You and Melanie sit back and listen to a story from Nadi about his work at a king's garden. He'll even look for a picture of it for Melanie. Next you all play hide and seek. You wander off and hide in a room so Melanie doesn't see you. She finds Nadi first, and the two of them enter the room to see if you're there. Nadi spots you behind the bed, but doesn't say anything to the little girl, who runs out of the room to hunt you down.

  After she leaves, Nadi isn't exactly sure why you didn't find a better place to hide. He thought you might have just collapsed behind the bed. (Apparently, this didn't turn out quite like you expected it to...)

  Once finished, you all gather downstairs at the front desk. Melanie has to help with the inn, but she'd like to play with the two of you another time. After she leaves, Nadi reminds you that he just did it because he had some free time; he typically isn't friendly towards children. He walks away briefly, then turns around and tells you that Lutz is always studying, so Melanie always looks bored. If you've some free time, you should come by and play with her too.

• Choice 2: You really like kids, huh?

  Result: -1000 FP with Nadi

  Nadi figures you guys think he has nothing better to do. He suggests to Melanie that she hang out with you instead, and then returns to his room. After he leaves, Melanie is sad because she likes to play with everybody, including him. She doesn't think that he's an angry person, but someone who's delicate. Melanie expects that if she hears more of his stories, she might be able to get to know him better. Well since you're here, lets play!

Nadi explains that he received a request to design a garden. Instead of what he normally designs, he wants to make this one as close to natural as he can. He figured he could get inspired by coming here to look at the scenery, but he's not getting any design ideas. He's not bothered though, as it is a challenge to make a natural garden, but he is not really sure what natural could be. What would you say a natural design would be?

• Choice 1: Speak with organized knowledge

  He wasn't requesting specifics! Nadi said he wanted your feelings on the matter. Based on your response, perhaps he didn't explain it very well. He asks that you let him know if you any other ideas.

• Choice 2: Convey your thoughts

  Result: +2000 FP with Nadi

  Nadi gets what you're trying to say. Your ideas would make for a harmonious design. He thinks for a little bit, and suddenly becomes inspired. Thanks to you, he can make the requested garden design. He needs to finalize the design, so he is going home to work on the blueprint. Before he walks away, he admits that because you're a rancher, you come in contact with nature. Nadi thanks you and is glad that he ran into you today.

You go up to visit Nadi in his room to ask if he wants to go out on a date. Nadi explains that he has an appointment soon, but if it is a short date then he is willing to participate. The two of you head to the cafe tables outside the Restaurant.

While on your date, Nadi confesses that he's actually pretty exhausted, as his work has kept him very busy lately. He asks if you would mind if he took a short 30-minute nap. He goes on to fall asleep at the table, and after the 30 minutes have gone by, you wonder what you should do; he is sleeping so soundly...

• Choice 1: Wake him up.

  Result: +2000 FP with Nadi

  Nadi apologizes, and assumes you must of been bored waiting for him to wake up. He finds out that you were watching him sleep! He becomes embarrassed and claims how creepy that was, but you don't mind at all. He offers to chat with you a bit longer and treat you to a snack, since he no longer has to go home to take a nap. You try to decline, but he explains that if he didn't want to spend time with you, he would of gone back to his room to actually sleep and not take a simple 30-minute power nap.

• Choice 2: Wait for him to wake up.

  Result: -1000 FP with Nadi

Nadi is talking to himself, wondering if it is okay to just ask you out on a date, but he is unsure how he should. He finally determines that it'll turn out however it turns out. When he walks up to you, Georgio also makes an appearance. The rival farmer showers you with complements and explains that he is inviting all of the lovely ladies in town to a tea party. Nadi is clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and he drags you away.

Your boyfriend scolds you a little bit for being so approachable. He was planning on asking you out on a date first anyway! Now you know what he was up to, but Nadi brushes it off and claims that he just happened to be walking by when he saw Georgio invite you out.

• Choice 1: Thanks. I'm glad you did.

  Result: +1500 FP with Nadi

  Nadi is glad that you appreciate his gesture, but he wonders if you really did want to go to the tea party. He knows you like sitting around and chatting with other people.

  • Choice A: Yeah, I did want to go.

    Result: -2000 FP with Nadi

  • Choice B: I'd rather be with you.

    Result: +1500 FP with Nadi

    The landscaper becomes embarrassed. He knows he isn't very good with flowery talk like Georgio is. You must be odd to pick someone like himself over that other guy! You would still rather be with Nadi, so he invites you out to get something to eat.

  Result: -2000 FP with Nadi
