Friend Event - A Visit to Lulukoko

You'll bump into Wayne, Lisette, and Ford standing around. They seem to be puzzled about something. Wayne hands you a Magic Mission letter that was addressed to the three of them. The flyer ordered them to go to Lulukoko to complete today's "mission." The first is the case of the lovely dance in front of the ruins, the second is the case of enjoying the delicious fruit at Carosello, and the third is enjoying fishing at the beach. When these three chores have been completed, a special reward will be given. The letter also instructs you to go with them. How strange! Wayne explains that the letter was slipped into the mail today. He thinks it isn't something they should ignore. Lisette is uneasy about the whole thing. Ford says that Lulukoko is a good place, but is really hot and there's a risk of dehydration. Lisette suggests they go to Lulukoko and ask Ludus, Iluka, and Siluka. You all head to the village, with Ford whining about who sent the letter.

At Lulukoko, Wayne shows Ludus, Iluka, and Siluka the letter and explained it was mixed in with today's mail. He wants to more about the dance in front of the ruins. Your whole group heads up to the ruins.

Iluka explains the dance is a prayer for their ancestors. The girls show a little bit of a different dance to all of you, with Wayne making a comment about how "alluring" it is (in the JP version he calls it "sexy") and Ford stating how it is rather fascinating. Everyone joins in to do the dance, but Ford starts complaining about how his hips are getting tired. Wayne said he was enjoying his first time doing the dance. Now on to the second mission: finding some fruit at Carosello. Siluka says she can make something for them, as Ford makes it a point to let everyone know how thirsty he is.

At the food stall, the Westown group eat some of the native fruit from Lulukoko. You all comment on how delicious it is. Lisette even mentions on how nice it was to listen to the sound of the waves while enjoying the fresh fruit. Ford assumes that the the strong sunlight helps to grow the nutrient-rich fruit. They start to wonder about these missions; this possible prank has turned out to be a rather fun opportunity!

The last mission is fishing, so you all head to the beach to cast your fishing lines. Ford naturally objects to having to potentially handle raw fish, so Ludus reminds him how else are you suppose to reel in the fish! Wayne suggests that maybe Ford will become addicted to fishing, while Lisette does like that at least they can touch what they can eat. Suddenly Ford gets a bite on his fishing bobber and reels in a large fish! He is proud of himself and thought he'd hate having to touch raw fish, but there's something about having to battle the fish to reel it in that he enjoyed. He thinks fishing is a lot of fun!

Wayne then announces that they have completed their mission! You all look around and spot another note up the beach. It contragulates the team for completing the mission and to collect your souveniers to take back home, which are a variety of wild items scattered in a pile along with the note. Ford thinks this whole thing was the work of some paranormal entity, with Wayne guessing that the Harvest Goddess was watching them. Ford wants to split up the souveniers among the group and will ask what portion you would like. You can select either 30 Black Branch, 30 Black Rock, 10 Vanilla, 10 Poisonous Mushrooms, or 30 Coral.

Once the reward has been split up, it's time to head home. Lisette thanks everyone; usually she doesn't visit Lulukoko because she's busy working in her shop, so she really enjoyed seeing the different scenery. It is good to get to know your neighbors.

When you return to your farm, the magical deities make an appearance. Dessie explains that it was their idea. Everyone is so busy working and don't have the opportunity to visit with the other towns, so they made up some way to interact with the other places. They also plan on sending similar instructions to the other towns and hope that you'll help with those too.
