Tony
Tony comes to the Lost Valley with his father Brutus and little brother Jimmy after you complete the Spring Crystal. The family of blacksmiths are searching for rare ores that they can melt down. Tony has a difficult time understanding his father's directions, and gets frustrated when he can't figure Brutus' vague blacksmithing instructions. In fact, he doesn't feel that he is a very good blacksmith at all! Brutus doesn't have a very high opinion of his son or his smithing abilities.
Tony's lack of self-confidence makes him a mediocre blacksmith, but maybe he just needs someone to support his efforts.

Requests
Tony's requests line, Tony's Ore Search, are about the collection of ore from the Mine Sites. At first he wants the ore to practice blacksmithing on, but later he wants it to help him repair tools given to them by customers. Tony's requests won't start to prompt until after you recieve a Hammer while going through the Fall season storyline.

Love Event 1
Talk to Tony when he in Moon Valley on Tuesday or Friday, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, when his Chemistry is at least 18%. To run a farm you must be an amazing farmer, but Tony doesn't believe himself to be a good blacksmith. In fact, he thinks he's pretty terrible at it.
Choice 1: But you enjoy it, right?
Well he doesn't hate it, but... Tony decides not to bother you with his reason. He envies you because you seem to enjoy your farm work.
Result: +4% Chemistry
- Choice 2: Why not quit, then?
Tony doesn't feel that his Poppa will let him quit being a blacksmith. Besides, Tony doesn't feel that he knows how to do anything else, so even if he hates it, he's stuck being a blacksmith.
Result: +1% Chemistry
Choice 3: Just keep trying!
He insists that he is constantly trying his best, but what is the point of it all if his best isn't good enough? Even if he hates it, he's stuck with being a blacksmith.

Love Event 2
Talk to Tony again when he in Moon Valley on Tuesday or Friday, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, when his Chemistry is at least 35% (Perhaps you need to complete Tony's Ore Search 4?). Tony knows that digging out that ore is tough work, and is curious to know where you're finding all the ore you've been bringing him. You offer to show him one of the mining sites.
When you arrive, Tony is amazed at the place. It reminds him of the smithy. He explains that banging on metal to shape it is pretty cool. The heat and noise is soothing to him. As you don't truly understand, Tony figures that he's babbling.
Choice 1: Yeah, you're boring me.
Tony apologizes for his blabbering. He thanks you for bringing him along.
Result: +1% Chemistry
Choice 2: Let's change the subject.
Tony tries think of a new topic, but he doesn't know anything else other than blacksmithing. Anyway, he thanks you for bringing him along.
Result: +1% Chemistry
Choice 3: I find it interesting...
Tony blushes and is surprised to know you like the same thing. He then talks your ear off about blacksmithing until he runs out of things to say. He had fun though, and thanks you for spending time with him.

Love Event 3
Walk into Moon Valley on Tuesday or Friday, and you'll be greeted by Brutus. He complements you on how you're a hard worker, and hopes that you're teaching his "dumb" son the right way to work. Tony interrupts him to pull you away. He apologizes for his dad, and asks that you not worry about what he said.
Choice 1: Oh, it's fine.
Tony admits that he needs to do better so he doesn't get whipped into shape.
Result: +1% Chemistry
Choice 2: I think he's a good father.
What? Tony isn't sure if you're serious. His dad scares most people, so Tony figures you're not like most people. He blushes and thanks you for understanding.

Choice 3: It seems like it's tough.
Yes, but what Brutus said was true; Tony says he is not a very good blacksmith. He wants to do better.

Love Event 4
Talk to Tony when he is in Moon Valley on Tuesday or Friday, and he'll confide that he has decided to become a blacksmith. Even though his dad is hard on him, he enjoys the work Now that he has told you his goal, Tony believes he can now do his best.
