Carpenter Shop
The carpentry shop is open from 8:00 to 18:00 every day but Sundays or festival days. Corona is in charge of clerk duties while her spouse, Gunther, fixes things that he is hired to manage. She sells building supplies, blueprints, and projects that Gunther will help you with; in all of the cut scenes for construction projects, Gunther is just merely supervising while you do all of the actual work.
Once the Safari area unlocks in Fall of year 1, Corona will offer preservation areas that you can build within the wildlife park once you have the required amount of Customer Points with certain vendors. You will need to construct at least the Boulders and the Enormous Trees before you can participate in the Summer season Safari Tour:
- Boulders: (100,000 G + 300 Lumber + 500 Stone) Requires 500 Customer Points with Silk Country
- Enormous Trees: (100,000 G + 600 Lumber + 100 Stone) Requires 1000 Customer Points with Wheat Country
- Iceburg: (500,000 G + 200 Stone + 900 Ice) Requires 500 Customer Points with Ice Country
The special areas only need to be constructed once. After that, if you have enough Customer Points with certain Trade Depot vendors, they can give you country-specific animals to live in the newly-constructed areas. The Boulders area is where you'll house the Bear given to you by Wheat Country. The Enormous Trees is where the Monkeys from Silk Country and the white Parrot from Tropical Country will live. The Iceburg is home to the Penguin and Polar Bear that the Ice Country will give to you.
Corona will also offer blueprints to renovate your farm house. She'll have the size upgrade blueprints and after that, she'll have exterior style blueprints.

The Blueprint Binder is an item you can carry within your rucksack. When you select it from within your bag, you can browse your list of owned blueprints without having to use the Craft Table inside of your farm house. The file will list each blueprint and the required materials you need to construct the item.

Once you upgrade your farm yard shack into a Decent model, Corona will sell a variety of basic blueprints. These same blueprints are for sale at Silk Country, Cabin Country, and Wheat Country.
