Otmar
The local general store is managed by Otmar, an absent-minded fellow who lives by himself. He tends to the shop and can also create fishing bait for you to use while fishing. Otmar will be the one who gives you the fishing pole when you walk into his shop on Spring 28 or later in your first year. Angela will visit his shop to check up on his health, as he can be a bit clumsy and may even confuse his customers for employees from time to time.
Otmar will stay inside of his shop most of the time. He takes Sundays off, where you can find him in random locations such as the wild areas or on Fritz's farm. Sometimes you'll even spot him fishing out by the bridge in the Piedmont District.

Seafood Rice Bowl = Rice + Tuna + Red King Crab + Sea Urchin + shrimp. The recipe can be bought from Sakura Country starting in Summer of year 2 or later. Rice, Sea Urchin, and a shrimp are fairly easy to collect, but Red King Crab is a giant fish that will only become available from the fishing dock in the Piedmont District after you catch all of the possible fish from that location. You will need to use a Sacred Rod and wait for stormy weather. Tuna is a fish that also requires the Sacred Rod at the same dock in Piedmont during Fall or Winter.
