Gusto
Gusto is the rough-and-tough blue Nature Sprite. He's loud but easy to forgive. As tough as he is, Gusto's job on the team is to wash Dessie's laundry.
You will first meet Gusto by walking from the Forest Road Area to the Zephyr Hill area after meeting Pepita for the first time. After that you won't meet him again until year 2 when you unlock Dessie. You can then give him gifts and talk to him to raise his friendship.
The Nature Sprites stay in the Forest Road area from 6:00 to 12:00, then they can go to a random public field area (or the Forest Road again) from 12:00 to 18:00. From 18:00 to 20:00 they are back in the Forest Road area. After 20:00 they are gone until the next day

A simpler option than Spicy Curry is Cucumber Namul. This recipe is for sale at Silk Country at the beginning of the game. You'll just need a single Cucumber to make it.
