Andy is the fellow who can remodel your tools, farm house, and animal barn. He also processes raw materials pulled from the Savita Mine into usable gems and metals. Andy is a master furniture crafter and is training Braden to take over the family business someday. You'll find styles of furniture in his shop inventory to replace the styles you have, but Andy doesn't offer new types of furniture or the option to design the interior layout of your house.
Penelope also shares Andy's shop inventory for her tailoring services. She offers several clothing outfits that require you to supply fabric, money, and other goods. These outfits will be added to the wardrobe inside the farm house. Interact with the wardrobe to change your outfit.
