Ronaldo's Paradise Sundries

Once you reach Rank 4 (City Bazaar), visit the bazaar grounds to find Ronaldo. The traveling merchant wants to set up a stall at this up-and-coming market and asks for your help.

Ronaldo Wants to Open a Stall: If he's going to set up shop, Ronaldo wants to bring veggies back home. He asks that you show him the crop potential of Zephyr Town by harvesting 200 field crops. Simply plant tasty veggies and fruits in the farmstead fields and harvest when mature. After 200 harvests, talk to Ronaldo at the bazaar grounds to complete his request.

This character was first introduced in Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland for PlayStation 2 (EN release: 2001). He has also made appearances in Harvest Moon: Magical Melody and Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley.

Ronaldo sells a mix of cooking staples and seasonal crop seeds (0.5-Star of quality). He'll also sell mushroom spores as you harvest or forage for mushrooms (e.g., harvest a Shimeji and the spores will then appear in his shop inventory). Ronaldo never sells Monarch Mushroom Spores or Matsutake Spores. Monarch Mushrooms will randomly appear when growing fungus on the mushroom logs or on the ground in the mountains during autumn. Matsutake Spores are a prize from the Prize Palooza stall.
