After you reach bazaar Rank 3 (Town Bazaar), you'll find Joy standing in the space just to the east of the mighty Felix statue in the middle of the bazaar grounds.

A Giftwrap Stall at the Bazaar: Joy wants to set up a gift wrapping stall, but first, she needs to know what kinds of gifts poeple like. She requests that you give 20 gifts to the villagers. This can be any gift (doesn't necessarily have to be a favorite gift, as long as you do this 20 times. Once completed, return to Joy in the bazaar grounds to tell her that it's totally cool to give and receive gifts in Zephyr Town.

Joy sells a gift-wrapping service for 140 G each. Select a color from her inventory - blue, red, or yellow - and then choose the item from your bag that you want gift wrapped. The wrapped gifts do not stack together, even if they contain the same item, so ensure you have space in your bag for all the pretty boxes.

Wrapping a gift will increase the friendship earned when giving the colored box to the recipient. Each villager has a favorite color, so this is a great way to boost friendship on a person's birthday.
