Lloyd stops by for a visit and notices Mayor Felix is in a joyous mood. Felix announces that he will be cooking dinner tonight! Despite Sophie's objection, Felix reveals he purchased a secret weapon at the bazaar: a cookbook titled "Super Sizzling Success: Master Your Kitchen Like a Pro." Not even a turnip will be able to withstand Felix's mighty blade!

Lloyd and Sophie are, naturally, skeptical that one book can make Felix a master chef. Felix argues that this book comes packaged with a bonus Super Sizzling Tool, which can make anyone a professional in the culinary arts. This tool can chop, fry, simmer, and serve! Lloyd finally asks to review the Mayor's bazaar treasure find and points out that this book is only Volume 1 of a 40-volume series. Collect all 40 to complete the Super Sizziling Toolkit! And with publication four times a year, Sophie points out that it would take a decade before Felix collected all the books! Lloyd points out that the first super-tool is a simple saucepan.

Felix is mega-bummed about this revelation. Sophie suggests that it may be faster to learn how to cook like a normal person. She does praise him for his enthusiasm towards helping with household duties! In 10 years, Felix won't need that toolkit anyway.
