The leader of Zephyr Town is following the footsteps of the former mayor and bazaar aficionado. Despite his best efforts, the town market has yet to reach the popularity level that it used to have. Felix's enthusiasm carries him through every weekly profit challenge (and any applicable failure). His contagious encouragement inspires his fellow villagers, and his daughter Sophie, to continue to do their best week after week for the benefit of Zephyr Town.

Felix wants to locate an item he lost that is super precious. He believes it is in the bazaar area. Head up to the second-level walkway and check out the umbrella tables on the east side. You'll find Felix's missing item by one of the chairs.

In exchange he'll give you the Bazaar Attire (Blue) clothing outfit.

Rejuvenating Repairs

The giant statue of Felix in the bazaar grounds, the one with the stone-hard buttocks, is in need of repair. Felix wants to restore the statue and requests you bring him 10 3-Star Copper, 1 3-Star Ultimate Stone, and 1 3-Star Ultimate Lumber. Ultimate Stone and Ultimate Lumber are crafted at the yellow windmill by processing 5 Sturdy Stone and 5 Sturdy Lumber. Those items are made at the blue windmill by using 25 Lumber and 25 Stone.

In return he'll give you 9 3-Star Carrot Seeds, which isn't an equivalent exchange for the ultimate building materials.

Felix is interested in tasting your culinary arts. He would like you to bring him 1 4-Star Soup to compare it to how his mother made soup. Felix will accept any soup that meets the minimum star rank, even something as easy as Egg Drop Soup using an egg that's 4 Stars of quality or greater.
