Sherene's Souvenir

Sherene, Mina, and Freya are chatting when Sherene remembers she has something for them: a small souvenier she asked a cowoker to pick up while they were overseas working on a news story. Sherene sets out three bottles containing strange-colored liquid onto the table. Freya is curious, while Mina is immediately cautious about the drink. Sherene explains it is a favorite drink from the local area, said to be a wonderful benefit for skin and general health. Freya simply must try the drink if Sherene likes it so much, so the two of them drink their bottles before Mina could get a word out.

Afterward, Freya doesn't look so well. It was a... unique flavor, for sure. Though Freya seems sour, Sherene is giddy about how the drink is such a palate tickler. It's not something one can find locally, which is why Sherene had to ask her coworker to grab some for her. Mina whispers to Freya that Sherene tends to have adventurous tastes.

Sherene is enthusiastic about the availability of unique flavors and food combinations from around the world. Freya isn't used to such things, which Sherene interprets to mean that Freya has so much to experience! In fact, Sherene intends to check out a bean-themed restaurant soon. All the meals they serve are bean-based, including seasoning and ingredients. All beans! Woo! Freya and Mina clearly don't share the same passion for culinary adventures as Sherene...
