Sonia

The matriarch of the Sunnywood Hotel enjoys keeping their guests happy. She and her husband, Stuart, keep the inn running along with their employee, Maple. Sania manages the front desk, Stuart handles some of the back-office tasks, while Maple tidies the rooms and gives tourist tips. She is also friends with Madeleine, as the two of them share tales of their families. While she may appear at festivals, generally this kind lady never leaves the grounds of the Sunnywood Hotel.

In the original Nintendo DS game, this character's English name was Ethel.

She doesn't want a giant crop or a golden crop; she's looking for the rare variety of Broccoli, Carrot, Chili Pepper, Daikon, Green Bell Pepper, Green Grapes, Green Onion, Onion, Red Bell Pepper, or Red Grapes. Even if you have a different rare crop, such as Twisted Asparagus, Sonia only accepts the listed crops on her request.

In exchange for the rare crop, Sonia will give you a Pro Outdoor Kitchen, a large decoration for your bazaar stall.
