Questions and Support

If you need a little helping hand with the game, there's a few free options available:

• The Live Helper - If I'm online and available, the helper chat icon on the index page or the tab-box in the lower-right corner of this page will be active. You can send me questions through the chat interface, just like during the good 'ol AOL Instant Messenger days from 2003!
• UNoT Community Forum - You can submit your question to other players of SoS:PoOT, who will respond with their own take on an answer to your problem. Anonymous/guest posting is allowed.
• XSeed Discord Server - XSeed hosts a chat server where you can ask questions about the game in the #story-of-seasons channel. Having a Discord account is required to use their Discord server.
