Forge
The town smithy runs his shop with his apprentice, Gray. Saibara's shop hours are from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. He's closed on Thursdays. You might find that you can enter Saibara's during other times, but he will not be in shopkeeper mode. When that happens, talking to him from in front of his counter will just return with a "Counter" message. He'll be in shopkeeper mode during his shop hours.
Note that if you hire Saibara to work on a tool on Spring 10, then his shop door will be locked on Spring 11. You won't be able to give him a birthday gift that day. You can only pick up completed tool remodels while Saibara is in shopkeeper mode.

You don't need to bring Saibara any raw ore to craft these tools. He doesn't sell any more after you purchased these.

These accessory items can be given as gifts or sold via your farm's shipping bin for 1800 G each. An Oricalcum normally ships for 50 G, so you're earning a 750 G profit for commissioning these items. The downside is that he can only work on one at a time.
