Yuri is simply "spacing out" in the Forest area. Her silence is making you a little uncomfortable, but then Iroha comes over to visit. Yuri just stands there, staring at Iroha, until Iroha becomes uncomfortable too. Yuri starts to mess with Iroha's clothing and demands that she stand still after Iroha starts to move in objection. It turns out that there is a tear in Iroha's clothes and Yuri is trying to fix it. The three of you head back to the Tailor Shop.
At the shop, Yuri demands that Iroha takes her clothes off, which results in a loud objection from Iroha. There are other people around! Yuri insists that she needs the clothes to repair them. Iroha's clothing looks really beat up and it would be a shame if they weren't kept looking nice. Iroha had never thought of it that way before, and allows Yuri to do her repairs.
Once Yuri is done with the sewing, she returns the clothes to Iroha. The blacksmith is rather pleased, and says that her clothes look wonderful. Yuri lets her know to come back if anything else happens.
