Herbs

You can find wild herbs growing in the Forest, Mountain, and River areas. You can also grow herbs on your farm, but you need to get the seeds! Many of the herb seeds can only be made by placing a wild herb into the Seed Maker machine, but Hana will sell a few of the seeds in her shop. You can also receive certain herb seeds after you win the seasonal Crop festivals, where they are categorized in the Flower group (not the Other group).

Herbs are not season-specific, so you can grow them in any season. You can water and add Fertilizer just like a normal crop. They will produce again after harvest, but only for a limited number of times; about 3 or 4 times. The herb will leave behind empty dirt on your field when you pick it for the last time. Then simply place the herb into the Seed Maker to convert it back to seeds and plant again.

The money you earn for shipping herbs will be affected by your flower brand. If you have won a Crop Festival in the Flower category then the profit you earn will increase 120% more, 150% more, or 200% more depending on the rank of your brand. There isn't a separate herb brand.
