Felicity moves to Echo Village to help at Clement's restaurant. She is not Clement's daughter, but she is the same age as her. Felicity really likes food (except for most salads) and has a secret food-related hobby, but she doesn't want to tell anyone about it.

She enjoys helping others and has a cheery personality. Even though she likes to eat food, she admits that she isn't very good at cooking it.

This waitress with a fondness for food requires two buildings before she can be unlocked. First, you need to build Clement's restaurant. The Restaurant blueprint is for sale at Rebecca's when you start the Town Rebuilding Plan #2 and requires 50 Material Stone, 65 Small Lumber, 5 Brick, and 5 Mint. The second building you need is Hossan's Inn, found at Rebecca's shop once you begin Town Rebuilding Plan #3. The Inn requires 20 Small Material Stone, 80 Material Stone, 35 Lumber, 5 Silver, and 10 Glass Stone.

Walk into the Restaurant and you'll see a table full of food. Felicity explains that the food is her lunch! There aren't a lot of customers at the moment so she's having a late meal. She invites you to join her, as food tastes better when there's two people.

The two of you eat, but Felicity wants to try another dish. And then another dish! She eventually notices that you haven't eaten your food. Are you not going to eat it?

After she leaves, Tina explains that she asked Felicity to write a news article. You didn't know that Felicity is a food critic? Her criticisms are accurate, with descriptions of the appearance and taste of the food. She's famous among food gourmets!

Felicity returns and hands her article over to Tina, who thanks the food critic for her help and promise to reward her with a tasty treat. After Tina leaves, Felicity complains that writing has made her hungry so you offer to feed her. Felicity would really like to taste your cooking though! Uh oh!

You must give Felicity a Ring before you can see the rest of her heart events. Give her a Ring on Saturday or Sunday, Sunny weather, between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm. Felicity must be at a blue heart color or higher.
